Baymont by Wyndham Spearfish

The facility was dirty- looked like no one swept the carpets for awhile. There were black flies coming up from the sink hole. We found a fake fingernail at the toilet base. There were crumbs under the bed skirt. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. The chair in the room was pee’ed on. We had no refrigerator in our room - it appeared to have been taken out of its cabinet. There was no pool or hot tub as advertised and the advertised restaurant was a pizza parlor attached.

No lights in the bathroom. You had to use the timer light instead of the light switch. Moved a regular light fixture to the counter in order to have consistent light. The pool was not open, which for traveling families might be a deal breaker.

Room smelled bad of pool no furniture in first room no fridge no microwave just bad

The keys didn't work in the outside door to get in at the back of the motel. The bathroom was not clean. The tub was not in good shape. For a king bed, there were not enough pillows. The knobs were broken off of the air conditioner. The lights were on a timer in the bathroom and the light above the bathroom sink didn't work.

The bathroom was disgusting I couldn’t use the shower it was so dirty. Every vending machine was empty the pool was empty and the towels were dirty they were stained brown. Very disappointing

We had 2 rooms across the hall from each other. One room did not have sufficient lighting or plugins and the refrigerator was not working. We did not have a chair at our desk so no extra seating, and no coffee pot. The bath fan sounded like a helicopter was taking off.
The other room had stained and soiled bedding. When asked at the front counter to get it replaced, the staff was very rude and the supplies to replace were not clean either. Also, asked for a second blanket and the gal that brought it to us was rude as well.
The staff did not seem friendly or that they cared about their guests at all.

The room we were given was not clean when we arrived. And they said they would refund us, and that the room wouldn't be charged, I still got charged.

Toilet seat was broken right off. Old ragged towels, kleenex box was empty, room was old and in need of a refresh.

Both rooms were dirty. Sheets on the beds had stuff all over them. House keeping went through 3 sets of sheets before they got a clean set. There was blood on our comforter. The AC didnt work in one of our rooms. The pool and hot tub was drained and couldnt be used.

The site stated pool and hot tub. Borh had been closed for 3 years-staff stated. Dog in a room that whined and barked for hours. Another room played loud music. Also, second room booked for family had a space for but no refrigerator, lightbulbs missing in lamps, tub fifthy, and only 1/2 roll of toliet paper in entire room

The room we book showed pictures of a couch and recliner. When we got to the room there was non of that. Was supposed to be able to sleep 4 it slept 2. Neither of the tvs worked like they were supposed to either. We asked for a roll away never got it. Bed was not comfortable at all. This is the 1st time I have Ever left a bad review.

Stay was bad. Tv problems, grossly dirty, not enough chairs for two people to in TV room, and that chair stained, like some one peed on it. Pubic hairs on toilet ,freezer dirty frozen brown ice Left over antibiotic cream in ice bucket. Woke me up vacuuming at 11:37 pm dirty towels in room . When called about it lady was rude. Manager was nice and refunded my money.

Had a Very dungeon feeling. No pool.

The room was not what I paid for. I paid for 2 queen suit with a sofa bed and separate room. When we checked in we went to the room. The open room had a single chair in it, that did not fold out or anything. The separate room had the 2 queen sized beds. Very uncomfortable beds. We reserved a room to fit 5 of us. Definitely not what we got. When I asked for a larger area for all of us to sleep in, they looked at me like I was crazy. We had to ask for a fold out bed for my son to sleep in because they didnt have the room that we asked for. It was frustrating. Why have it on the website to book if you don't have the ability to accommodate the need.
