Terrible, unsanitary conditions
Pros:

The room was very unsanitary. Foul smell in the room. Bed covering had permanent stains.

Worst experience EVER!

The little black cat that was outside the property!

Cons:

The luggage cart was difficult to push and the doors don’t open automatically which made it very difficult for two women in their 60’s. Checking in was also difficult through a tiny glass barrier. The electrical sockets and wires are exposed. Hole in the bed sheet, nasty stove top and countertops, filthy microwave, air conditioner didn’t work well, room was extremely hot upon arrival, and we encountered a roach.

Terrible, I would not recommend to anyone.

Location was okay,could have been better

Cons:

I should have asked to be shown the room. The lock to the door wasn't that good from the outside. I opened the door and roaches started falling from the door seal and the wall. The room was infested with roaches, the stove counter top was not clean,the dish towels were not clean, they had a yellow stain on them. The roaches were in the bed on the walls. The bathroom was nasty, face bowl had a thick brown ring in it, the tub had brown stuff in the bottom, the curtains were not on completely,they were hanging off the window. I want a refund,but he said it will take up to 5- 7 days. So I didn't have money to go elsewhere. They also as for a deposit they took off the card and it will take 5-7 business days before giving it back. This was not discussed when booking. I had to purchase cleaning supplies, and roach spray to clean up. I asked for cleaning supplies,the manager stated, It has already been cleaned. The outside appearance will fool you.

Bad, very unfortunate …
Cons:

There were roaches, the bed felt as if it was going to fall in, the floors were very dirty and the walls had splatters of God knows what, it smelled bad and other guest were noisy.
