Handy, but dated facilities
Pros:

Location was handy for what we needed to do in Austin.

Cons:

Inflated price due to F1 weekend for a dated facility.

A decent stay
Pros:

The staff was kind. The room was spacious.
There is a hotel gym and a parking lot, and next to the hotel there is a whole foods market.

Cons:

There was no cleaning service for 8 consecutive days.
There was no towel or sheet change for 8 days. We had to request clean towels which we got after a few hours.
The room was old with defects and somewhat-working cabinetry and a bit of a smell.

Excellent value for money, self catering, quiet area
Pros:

Self catering, clean, nice area, shops across the road

Cons:

Shortage of cutlery, late bookin was very awkward, reception closed at 11, even though we emailed to say.

Good value but minimal amenities and pretty rough condition
Pros:

Good value, comfortable bed, good location, large room and work area. Outdoor seating with barbecues. Loaner appliances available.

Cons:

Person who checked me in apparently didn't want to be there. No common area/lounge/coffee/vending or other amenities besides a workout room. Pretty beat up, with carpet stains. In my room: Desk chair seat was torn, loose and broken tiles in the bathroom. Stained lampshade.

The room was tatty and depressing. Will never stay there again and will definitely not recommend.
Pros:

The only good thing was the bed, it was very comfy.

Cons:

We paid for an upgrade on our apartment to find the furniture torn. We were there for 8 days and no cleaning service and expected to take our bedding to reception to pick up clean bedding and make the bed ourselves! We would hate to see the room we were allocated before the so called upgrade.

location was great.

Cons:

Upon arrival, no one was at front desk, or responded to phone calls. Was locked out of hotel, unable to get checked in--and had to wait for well over an hour, and was only helped because some other patrons helped me. It is true, I arrived at around 2:00am from a red eye flight that was delayed, but I did inform hotel ahead of time. Room was great. No complaints at all there.

Pros:

The price was really good for a reasonably good hotel with decent facilities.

Cons:

Didn't get housekeeping once for our 8 night stay... Also, the kitchen sink clogged mid stay and even after reporting it, didn't get it fixed.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay.
Pros:

The Staff was very friendly and the young lady at check in was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and the bed and furniture were very comfortable.

The desk clerk was amazing
Pros:

The first check in that I booked got canceled and given away
The second one I booked I was able to get the 212$ room because of the 100$ deposit and still havnt received my deposit back and had a additional charge of 112 dollars in my account transactions
