Across the street from the Space Center
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here. The room had a kitchenette but we only used the fridge as we were just spending the night. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. Everything was clean and the staff friendly. We loved the location as we were right across the street from the Houston Space Center. There was a small breakfast offered with eggs, oatmeal, cereal, milk, coffee and juice. If you wanted more, Starbucks is just across the parking lot. Great place!

Incumplimiento total. Reclamación en proceso
Pros:

Inicio proceso de reclamación pues por atraso en el vuelo por conexión se avisó por parte mía (vía booking) como de compañeros que ya estaban allí que nos demorábamos. NO NOS GUARDARON LA HABITACIÓN .

Cons:

Reclamación pues así se avisara por retraso en los vuelos la alquilaron a otras personas.

Was not impressed at all. Spent the rest of our stay at another hotel close by.
Pros:

The location was a bit satisfactory.

Cons:

Most of the outlets did not work, the elevator needed repairs, A/C did not cool, no USB connections.

Overall a reasonable stay
Pros:

Comfortable bed, TV, AC, running water, nice towels, hot coffee and snacks in the morning, within walking distance to many places, friendly staff. Quiet for the most part.

Cons:

Roaches running around, TV remote didn't work well (we told the front desk who said they'd get somebody to fix it, but nobody ever came to fix it while we were there), bathroom sink drain stopper didn't work, so we had a hard time trying to drain the sink. Had to use the bathtub to brush our teeth. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the halls every night, seeping into my room. I was in town for work and was afraid I'd get a contact high and have to go to work like that!

Pros:

I booked a one night stay, really it's awesome and it's worth my money. It's just opposite to the nasa space center so we could r each on time and near to the beach as well. At last the hotel is worth to stay. Thanks for all their support.

Would not stay there again at least until its been fully renovated.
Pros:

Location was great because its on Nasa rd 1, near where I was working

Cons:

There was no breakfast except coffee and snacks to grab and go. The room even though had a kitchen, it had no utensils, plates, glasses or coffee maker. Bathroom had no shampoo or hairdryer. My coworkers room had three small roaches!!!

Pros:

la ubicacion es perfecta si vas de vicita al space center, puedes ir caminando, solo tienes que cruzar la calle y hay varios lugares de comida rapida muy cerca.

Cons:

el lugar luce muy sucio y el personal no es nada agradable, ni profesional, nada presentable, el lobby siempre huele a mariguana.
