Pros:

Our big family have been staying at this location every Fathers Day weekend for like the last 10 years.
The staff, the rooms and the location being only about 10 minutes from the beach is great.
They recently upgraded their rooms and were even better this year.
Thier pool is always clean and ready for a dip after the beach, to unwind.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like this year.

Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised to see they do every day house cleaning!! Stayed 3 nights freash towels daily, bed made like i never slept in it before!! I like the saltwater pool instead of chlorine so that was definitely a plus. No bugs . We have stayed here before so I had no problem rebooking.

I had a paid reservation through Booking.com, but when I got to the motel the desk clerk claimed I didn't have a reservation and it was turned away, had to find alternate accommodations.

I didn't like that booking.com never booked my stay.whenbi arrived to the hotel they had nothing available.I arrived early and on time and had to wait 45 min .for them to rev and email to see if the motel had anything cause they nvr booked anything.i did not get the room I had originally reserved or was able to check in at 11 am I arrived at 10 am to hv breakfast I work night I arrived and no room was ready/booked.ibhaf to wait for an email. And then they canceled my reservation.i had to wait from eleven am till 3pm to actually check into a room.they did not offer a free night for the huge inconvenience.The hotel staff took care of me .Booking com did not.

It was a great stay

Cons:

There was a guess next door with 3 dogs and was barking all day and night. I asked the staff if they can move us to another room but the facility was full. I think the facility needs to revisit their policy about noise and dog accommodation.

Customer service, and cleaning because outside there was dog poop without getting up. The pool is still very dirty.

It was a very unpleasant experience, when I made the reservation it said there was access to the beach from the property and that is not true, I asked for a room no cigarette and when I opened the door of the room it seemed that in the last two hours they had been smoking in the room, the room did not have the smoke detector, the microwave was full of mold inside and out as well as the mini refrigerator, the glider had the fabric broken, and the last thing not ironing it was very unpleasant very bad experience, I wanted to give my children before returning to school a good experience which they could tell but it was the opposite.

Good price, but keep in mind that this is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for."
Pros:

Location was great, close to Surfside. Good price. Pet friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately found some roaches when we moved the refrigerator to a better location. Not a swarm or anything, but not a good first impression. While the paint and flooring seemed modern, the general upkeep was a mess. Bathroom sliding door was very damaged. Room door's latch was also broken off (as if the door was previously kicked in). Made us feel a bit uneasy.

Smelly hotel
Pros:

The sheet had cigarette burns the room, smell like nothing but cigarettes the lobby door was closed at all times had to use the night window service never again!
