Friendly & attentive staff. Great location with clean facilities. So sera is our favorite place for our family of 5.

The room was very outdated & had a little odor. Sheets are not changed daily, elevator felt very unsafe

Nice stay during ice/snow storm
Pros:

Staff was attentive and quick to respond and answer questions.

Cons:

Had a problem with extra room charges at check-in with the man who checked me in, but they were corrected and handled during check-out with professionalism and efficiency by 2 female employees who were very understanding and fixed my account. (I wished I remembered their names). This stay was quiet, clean, and cozy for me during the Jan 2026 snowstorm and allowed me to be close to work.
