The location was perfect for our AI conference at the Capital One Conference Center. Just 3 minutes away. There was always a close and convenient place to park in front of the hotel. I also enjoyed the gym for an hour workout.
The coffee maker was dirty. We found an old filter still in it. So that was a turn off. Our room faced to the back of the building where there's a gazebo for smokers and someone was sitting there and talking about 3 hours at 3am! I could hear all his conversations. Must have been on drugs cos he kept calling different people to keep on talking! I complained to the front desk in the morning and they seemed to have known exactly who it was cos the following night was fine.

I think given the trip objective the location was just right and it was pretty quiet. There was a business center like area where I could work.
The cleanliness and comfort could have been way better. There was no regular cleaning of the rooms and when I asked I was told they typically do that on request or for guests who are there longer than two weeks. We were there for only 7 nights but I wanted the bathroom cleaned and the bedsheets replaced but that never happened. Also, there were bugs in the bathroom like little beetles. Additionally, sometimes the bathroom would smell bad like of sewage even though we had not used it. I think a little more attention to cleanliness would have made the hotel much better.
