Disappointing

Staff - Kim was nice when I checked in however this is the first time I’ve had to pay upfront upon arrival. Usually, I pay when I check out. Seemed discriminatory. Then, when asked for hot water, Samantha was not customer-focused. The water was almost cold and instead of refilling the container she brought a cup of hot water from the back that was clearly oily and set it on the table away from me stating I needed to come get because it was too hot. Clearly she did not want to be bothered when I initially approached her, as she sat scrolling on her phone. Later, as I past her leaving the building, she made a sarcastic comment to her colleague stating she changed the hot water, so I returned to ask for the manager and she stated she was not there and began to act “friendly” by asking if there was something she could help me with and stated she changed the hot water. It was an uncomfortable encounter and made my stay very disappointing and unpleasant. Perhaps, I would have overlooked the hair left all over the bathroom floor and the fact that house keeping did not line any of the the waste baskets with the trash bags, had this exchange with Samantha had not occurred. The person who processed my check-out was very polite. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Parking was convenient.

Comfortable, nice staff, good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Normal options such as waffle maker, muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt. Also had fresh fruit like chopped pineapple and watermelon which surprised me. I like that the buffet was a little different each morning. Ie scrambled vs fried eggs, bacon Vs sausage, biscuits and gravy one morning.

Cons:

It was good. I’d stay again.

Pros:

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel der Mariott-Kette, in allen Kategorien etwas besser als der typische Durchschnitt in den USA - Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstück, Größe der Zimmer... Dafür auch etwas teurer

Cons:

Wie fast überall ist es laut im Zimmer von der Klimaanlage, diversen Lüftern etc.

Pros:

We booked this hotel for one night on our way to NASA. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. However, the high price ($200) and the limited breakfast variety make it a less recommendable option. The value for money is quite poor.

Excellent moment
Pros:

Le confort de l’hôtel et des chambres, le petit déjeuner, la propreté qui était excellente, l’accueil était aussi très chaleureux, l’accessibilité et le calme.

Le choix du petit déjeuner, qui est déjà très étoffé, pourrait être plus varié.

Comfortable and user friendly.
Pros:

Staff in all areas, front desk, breakfast area were excellent. Pleasant, professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Cleanliness is very important and this was a return visit for that reason. ** We didn't use the pool, that is the reason for N/A.
