Location. Easy in and out. Convenient.
Room was dirty. Dog hair on sofa and on floor and in kitchen area. Roaches were on counter and in bathroom. Killed them. I had to bring in Lysol and bleach wipes that I carry with us wherever we go. I wiped and sprayed everything in the room. Shower curtain looked like it had not been changed in a while. We stayed here before years ago and the place was clean. Don’t know if it changed hands or not, but we will never stay here again. Will warn other of this place!!!
Arrived for check in at 10 PM. Rooms were flooded and no one bothered to notify me that I'd been moved to another hotel about 10 miles away. Arrived and new hotel and treated like I was bothering the desk attendant who was sitting on his phone when I arrived. When I checked in, the room was $50 more than my original room. Called the original hotel and told them I was not paying more so they booked me into a 3rd hotel. Arrived there to check in around 11 PM. Would not have selected this property, the person at the front desk was the nicest person I'd dealt with so I decided to stay. Sonesta was definitely flippant about the whole incident and when I asked for a corporate number, the woman said...there isn't one...you can look, but good luck with that.
