Pros:

The property is clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The walls are thin, Loud neighbors. Breakfast was very meager, just instant oatmeal, dry prepackaged muffins. With coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

I found the property to be clean and well organized, the breakfast options were very lackluster. I also got severe lower
Pros:

The location had very convenient freeway access and lots of dining options in close proximity

Cons:

The are is a little substandard. With a number of closed properties nearby. This is also a sizable homeless population in the area as well as a number of prostitutes.

Pros:

Great staff, clean room, and good price for value. I liked that the parking lot was gated/secured.

Cons:

In kind of an industrial neighborhood so it wasn’t really “scenic” or whatever but for what we needed it was perfect. oh and the Wi-Fi setup is crazy, just have free, fast Wi-Fi, it’s 2026 for chrissakes!

Overall, the stay was comfortable and the room was clean.
Pros:

The staff was courteous and professional. The gated entry was nice for the area.

Cons:

It was overpriced for the (lack of) amenities offered. The breakfast was nothing more than a single pot of coffee and water plus a few prepackaged tiny muffins. The room didn't offer coffee pot, clock or even the Bible. The shower faucet was broken and we were forced to change rooms.

Pros:

Kalilo Harvest. He was great. He went above and beyond. The whole staff was great, except for the GM. She needs just a tad bit of compassion. My wife is disabled and she offended us when she stayed this is a Hotel. Not a hospital.

Honestly, there really wasn’t much I liked about this stay. The breakfast was very basic — only oatmeal, coffee, and hot chocolate, which was disappointing. The room had a bad odor, like it hadn’t been cleaned or aired out properly. The bathroom didn’t even have a fan, which made it uncomfortable. On top of that, there was trash sitting in the hallway by my room, which made the place feel unclean and poorly managed. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

To make matters worse, after I came back from breakfast, my key card stopped working and I couldn’t get back into my room right away, which was frustrating.
