Very friendly staff always willing to work with you when extending king room with pullout bed is perfect size each room
Pros:

I love how it is gated and far away from the craziness of Fife strip.

Cons:

Wish we did have a better breakfast option but understandable. And Residents don’t pick up their dog poop when dog bags are provided and maybe overpriced on laundry services but other than that it has been great!

It was a place to sleep for the night while I was traveling, but will not stay again.
Cons:

My bed was the wrong size I booked a king sized suite and I got a queen size bed. Half the outlets in the room did not work, the phone did not work, there was mold in the shower. Staff tried their best, but was given no tools to succeed in making guests happy.

I arrived at the hotel at 4 pm and immediately cancelled the reservation because on your website it says pets are allowed but at the reception they told me no I paid for nothing I'm waiting for you to return my money

Pros:

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and check in/check out was smooth. Big praise to them for sure!

Cons:

Thought breakfast would include more options--ie fresh fruit, juice, tea variety, etc. Especially given cost of stay

Close to the freeway, but far enough to not be noisy.staff were very friendly, pleasant and polite
Pros:

Quiet and friendly.

Cons:

A little more attention to detail when cleaning is needed. While overall ot was clean, there were area that were sticky and dusty.

i would recommend this hotel to people who are driving to it!
Pros:

very good ac in the room i was in, plus the bed is comfortable and the staff are nice. the room is supplied with a lot of towels which i like, and just a single bed room has a lot of space.

Cons:

the area is generally very unwalkable to go anywhere but the 7 eleven 10 minutes up, if you dont have a car it becomes very expensive to get around. complimentary breakfast was underwhelming as well, just coffee and muffins. (picture is me walking from 7 eleven)
