Overall, the stay was comfortable and the room was clean.
Pros:

The staff was courteous and professional. The gated entry was nice for the area.

Cons:

It was overpriced for the (lack of) amenities offered. The breakfast was nothing more than a single pot of coffee and water plus a few prepackaged tiny muffins. The room didn't offer coffee pot, clock or even the Bible. The shower faucet was broken and we were forced to change rooms.

Pros:

Kalilo Harvest. He was great. He went above and beyond. The whole staff was great, except for the GM. She needs just a tad bit of compassion. My wife is disabled and she offended us when she stayed this is a Hotel. Not a hospital.

Honestly, there really wasn’t much I liked about this stay. The breakfast was very basic — only oatmeal, coffee, and hot chocolate, which was disappointing. The room had a bad odor, like it hadn’t been cleaned or aired out properly. The bathroom didn’t even have a fan, which made it uncomfortable. On top of that, there was trash sitting in the hallway by my room, which made the place feel unclean and poorly managed. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

On top of that, there was trash left in the hallway near my room, making the place feel dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, after I came back from breakfast, my key card stopped working and I couldn’t get back into my room right away, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money.

I would stay again but way too expensive. I shouldn’t be paying $100 for what I got.
Pros:

It was clean and it was quiet. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Too many people milling about outside. Stains on sheets and towels. The counters were in bad shape. The fridge door barely opened. Not $100 amenities. More like $30. The breakfast food being offered is over processed garbage. And the creamer should actually contain cream.

Clearly didn't want me there!
Pros:

Not only is this motel located in a sketchy neighborhood...or town for that matter....but the staffer clearly passed judgment on me for whatever reason. So...what did i like? Not much! I arrived for a late check-in and they couldn't find my reservation. I showed them everything one would need to show someone to prove they had one, and they still said I had no reservation. The staff member then left me in the lobby to call booking.com and I never saw her again.

Skip this spot and go rent a room down the street. Save yourself the time and energy!

Cons:

Instead of offering to rent me a room or honoring what was an obvious reservation, they ignored the email they received from booking.com. by the time this was all said and done, it was far too late to rent a room anywhere else. So I slept in my vehicle.
