Closed down no notice took my money and left me stranded on the street
Had reservations for months in advance. Called day of arrival and they confirmed reservation. Arrived and the hotel was closed down. Was told it has been closed for more than a month.
Ball was dropped on so many levels. Extended Stay lying to me. Hotels.com not notifying me of the shutdown.

Never honored our reservation
I reserved a room and when I showed up, there was no power. So, I did not bother to check in. I canceled but they tried to charge me , anyway.
I did not stay as the power was out for the property.

Location is good; it is rather conveniently located. And I appreciated that there was amble parking. I was able to get my tasks done.
There was water leaking from the faucet of the tub/shower. The floor and carpet felt somewhat damp. There were stains in the sink. The hall smelled.
