It was great to have an air conditioned space to come back to every day after being at work.
Pros:

For where I was working the location was only about a 6 minute drive away. It is also near to supermarkets and even a gym that my husband made use of daily while we were there.

Cons:

There were no utensils or crockery in the kitchen. When we asked about purchasing this from reception we were told that they were per person and they only had 1 kitchen package left so it was no use to us.

Cons:

This place may be okay for one or two days. No more. Cleaning is each 14 days which was not clear to me when booking.
Internet is terrible. Have to pay the weekly subscription then for 2 additional days. No decent restaurant at a walking distance.

If a coffee pot was available i would have been much happier. No ice machine but had trays in fridge

The staff was great. No breakfast or coffee was disappointing. Room was fine, no complaints other than no coffee pot or coffee or ice machine anywhere that i found. It was close to where i needed to be and restaurants were close by.

Pros:

The help at the front desk was exceptional. She was very kind and friendly and even remembered my last name.
Inside the facility it was pretty clean but most importantly my room was nice and clean.

Cons:

There is a little bit of a smell on the third floor where I was not unbearable but just not the nicest.

Out of the way place, strange men in parking lot worrisome.
Pros:

The room was fine, though no toiletries provided. It was quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

I was bummed there was no restaurant, no shampoo, and no hair dryer. I realize this is extended stay, so you're likely bringing all that with you. Also, there were many strange men approaching me in the parking lot, and I found that worrisome as a lone female traveler. There is nothing close by except Razoo's, so you have to have a car.

Good lord, NO ONE should go to this place. Extended stay? Only if you brought you entire f ing household with you. Need a cup? That's extra. Need a pan? That's extra. Need a towel more often than once every 14 days? That's extra. Salt and Pepper etra. Not a single item to make,cook, eat - even shower was missing stuff. Just a tiny little bar of soap. no shampoo. No coffee, no breakfast. The wifi was free, but if you actually wanted wifi that worked, that was extra as well. I had to continually disconnect and connect the wifi and even when connected was crippled-dog slow The parking lot at night is full of sketchy people doing drug deals or prostitution - my wife was terrified. We stayed the first night but checked out the very next day. But because it was past normal checkout time, they couldn't check me out until a day later. 2 days later, they still haven't done a thing.

Save your money. Save your frustration and save your hate - just stay away from this horrid piece of s place. Even homeless would be better - just ask the homeless people living in the derelict restaurants next door.
