Cons:

They hotel staff told if I smoked in the room it was a fine but because I stepped out on the room door they told me I was breaking the rules they need to make the location of a smoking block if that's where they want you to smoke

Everything was okay our 1st night!
But we had to leave due to flooding in our room 124
Our truck had water half way up on the tires! It was very traumatic for both myself, my husband and our little dog! We walked through water up to our shorts to get in our truck!!
We had no extra money to stay somewhere else! So we had to spend the night elsewhere so we were soaking wet and had to stay in our truck! We did drive back down to the hotel but the fire trucks had blocked off the entrance!

Not much. The room had a foul odor. The floor was dirty the carpets were filthy, torn and nasty looking. There were no amenities in the kitchen not even a cup! Towels were clean. The bed was clean.

Cons:

Please review the information above also it felt like it was a drug dealer hang out with a drive-thru window. The smell of pot was awful. Cars kept coming and going all night and doors banging all night of people going in and out of their rooms.

Pros:

The Staff is made up of All Non English Speaking men. One of the magers checked me in, wouldn't say one word to me. Highly uncomfortable. I also find it frustrating that no cleaning of your room for multi night stay. Maybe once a week.

Full of surprises, not all good

The room was clean. The staff was friendly, for the most part, until checkout.

Cons:

I came down to the front desk at about 8am to check out, only to find a sign listing "revised" office hours from 9am until 10 pm. There was no drop-off box or alternate check-out method, so I went back to the office at 9am. A member of the maintenance staff was there. He told me that the manager would be there within about 5 minutes. The manager finally arrived at about 9:15! Because of the delay, I had to re-schedule my activities for the day. If you have an early schedule, look elsewhere. In addition, the facility's proximity to I-581 subjects you to traffic noise from the highway.
