No coffee served
It was badly not clean urine smell we took pictures we called the bank you should be getting a letter we didn't stay we went to woodland springs hotel we want a full refund from you please we use booking.com alot

The Front Desk Staff are always exceptional, friendly and treat me with respect. They call me by name even when I show up to check in after not seeing me for months. This is not a perfect hotel in terms of amenities but I think it has a perfect staff.
I miss the Breakfast and coffee that use to be provided.

Location and Drew the 1 employee who cared to do his job.
Dirty room i used a wet towel to mop the floor. Under the bed was Dirty. Under the recliner as well. No maid service. Had to exchange towels at the desk. No working toilet. Even after Drew tried to fix it. 75% fixed.
Had police and fire department come on 5 separate occasions. Front desk didn't fwd maintenance request on toilet. Property workers were always taking smoke breaks.
Not a good thing to say about this place. Basic Crack house hotel.

On the first floor sivi didnt have to walk too far to get to our room.
We were just kicked out of our room we've been staying at for almost 3 weeks because they said all the rooms were booked. But I was able to pay onl8ne and they still said they couldn't help us. Definitely shady sh8t going on with the people who ar3 rimunning it.

Smelt like weed all throughout the building. There were so many shady people exchanging drugs at the parking lot. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking yet there were cigarette burn marks on the bathroom sink and the room smelt like weed.
I enjoyed the overall experience and even stayed couple extra days
No coffee or muffins
The staff was very rude and we're stealing money from the hotel. Then when I couldn't come up with the rest of the weekly amount in cash they kicked us out and we're very unprofessional about how they treated us.
The location was very dirt horrible smell , so many flies in the main lobby , staff was outside smoking marijuanna had to wait at the desk for check over 20 minutes , hotel smelled of drugs so bad , room was not clean , other guess were very noisy banging on the walls and dogs barking until 3am couldn’t sleep doors to hotel were locked at 10pm couldn’t get access unless you have a key card which sometimes doesn’t work so you’re standing outside in a not so safe area until let in .
The king size room I booked wasn't cleaned when I checked in and the air conditioner didn't work. Was sent to another room Queen size. Finally got a room that was mostly clean one bath towel some sticky substance on the night stand along with a fly that buzzed me all night. Conditions were very unexceptable. 6:30 am a resident was revving his engine below my window for 45 minutes. I really need a refund or a credit, my worst experience yet. I would definitely recommend steering clear of Studio 6 in Kent Wa...
