false advertisement $100 deposit and NO cookware in the kitchen

says on booking. com studio 6 will never charge u a deposit bullsh#t there was a $100 deposit the lady at the front desk not friendly at all so rude. kitchen was supposed to be equipped with your basic cook ware there was nothing cupboards were bare. I didn't even have a garbage can in my room. when I went and asked the rude girl at the front desk she gave me a garbage bag instead of a garbage can with a bag in it. not to mention I reserved and paid for a smoking room and didn't even get what I paid for. the room was not clean. furniture so out dated and didn't even look nice and the bed was so uncomfortable and the mattress had a slip thing over that zipped up and that automatically made me think BED BUGS!

Disgusted by the disrespect of the staff, and don't recommend
Pros:

It is quiet, but thats a small like. Lots to do close by.

Cons:

The charge of 45$ to utilize kitchen utensils, 60 to use cooking things ect. Its not like we are already paying for a night and a deposit too utilize certain amenities like a kitchen to be comfortable and feel at home. Dont put a kitchenette in a room then and then charge an obsurd amount to use a pot or pan. Oh and the laundry services a year ago were 3.00 even at other studio 6. Nope they charge 5$ Staff are rude and shouldn't be allowed to speak to residents the way they do. Very unprofessional. I had the opportunity to watch how a lady was treated as she waited for her ride. They kicked her out of the lobby and off property and for what reason? She wasnt causing troubles and trying to stay out of the rain. Disgusting behavior. I Paid security deposit and never got it back as well. Waste of money if you ask me.

Good hotel comfortable and reasonable.
Pros:

Location. Clean close to my purpose in the area

Cons:

Not able to get receipt for full stay as hotel changes ownership in the middle of my stay and Booking.com owes me reimbursement for a failed property I booked through Booking.com. This hotel is fantastic for my purpose.

Good for a quick 1 night, not longer than that.
Pros:

For a quick coffee or hot water w/ tea, it's handy to grab and go. Signing into the wi-fi internet was simple. Parking and easy access to highways and visits to Seattle or Tacoma, or local shopping mall. check out crew were nice and welcoming.

Cons:

There were open holes on the wall that pieces of wall was out, plus a piece of floor was patched on appearance wise. There was no hand soap for either kitchen or bathroom sinks. The mattresses are very firm with few pillows than seen in other hotels or inns. The refrigerator was not as cold enough.
We were freezing inside our room when we had the heat on up to 90 degrees. It continued to blow out cold air for the weekend.
For kitchen and extra bathroom items, we were not used to check them out instead of having them in the hotel room ready. for kitchen items to be checked out- it's understandable for possible reason to not have any missing inventory of kitchenware.

The property has potential, but it's also just ghetto.
Pros:

Faith is sweet, friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Cons:

Everything about the pet room (420) could have been better.
All the furniture is old, one of the lights didn't even work, and the air conditioning was terrible.
The television set itself is old, the cable system is antiquated.
There was even a stain on the wall, and a disassembled smoke detector sitting on the counter.
The location has potential, but I woke up to a crackhead dancing with his sign inside of the parking lot.

Pros:

Front Desk Check in was very kind and accommodating, she was very friendly!!

Cons:

The room was very musty, I understand it’s an extended stay and it helps those who are in need and gives them a place to stay while transitioning from homeless to working but I would appreciate if that was mentioned before booking this hotel

Pros:

When we arrived it was already 2 AM. They gave us the key to the room, we got in the elevator, and the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. Okay, we went to our room, and it smelled too strongly of cigarettes. The phone didn't even work. The smoking alarm was blaring, and I couldn't stand the noise or the smell of cigarettes. We went downstairs, and they gave us another room. It was somewhat better, and I wanted to go somewhere else, but it was too late, and my husband was very tired from driving for four hours. All we wanted was to rest. But I couldn't sleep. I'm not going back there for anything.
