Love the location there are so many places to shop and eat.
The Atmosphere is very peaceful.
The Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Smells a lot like dog and shit
The breakfast is very poor.
Sometimes we can find a muffin and is between the time they served the breakfast.
We stayed for almost a month an no body came to clean our room once, and we asked at the front desk about the service but nothing happened.
Unfortunately we have had to staying for a couple days more and still no body showed up up to clean.😕
excessive noise above my room from a second floor guest. I complained the very first morning. Nothing changed. When I went to the front desk again I was told there " is a third person that they didn't know about staying in the room who has autism and paces all night long. I was not offered a different room. I checked out at 1 pm . I was charged for another day. I requested a refund from the front desk and in writing to extended stay and have heard nothing. I deserve a refund.

That i reserved a clean room and got a room that is old and next on the list for renovation.
No real breakfast as advertised.

No one brought kitchen items to the room as advertised. People need to go down to the reception and get kitchen items and towels and carry them to their rooms.

Dirty rooms, outdated hotel
Great location for this part of my trip, handy to restaurants.
A bit tired, needs some updating. Bed was so-so. The hotel should devote more than a hallway space to breakfast and it should be a warm breakfast.
I absolutely love this place. I have been here since 1/21/25. The employees treat each guest with the upmost respect and kindness. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is awesome so many places to shop and eat it’s also very close to the freeways. The cost is definitely affordable. I personally have read some of the not so nice reviews and completely disagree the reason for that is because I have been here long enough to know that some of the guest are not very nice to the employees at all. So with that said I would and have highly recommended this company to many of my friends and family.

The person who checked me in had metal studs thru her upper lip with attachment over her mouth that resembled fangs. As a customer I feel that the person who is your first introduction to the business should look professional and represent the business. If it was ok with management to have someone looking like Dracula when you enter the establishment than I feel that does not speak highly of the business. I will not stay there again nor recommend.
It was nice to have a kitchen.
The room smelled like smoke. There were crumbs left in the kitchen upon arrival. They also advertised breakfast and all they had was some packets of instant oatmeal and granola bars.
