horrible service!
Pros:

managers and employees allow smoking! currently a jerk is smoking pot in room 234 and has been for awhile but nothing is done about it... they don't care if it's ILLEGAL

Pros:

The kitchen was empty. You had to ask for anything you might need. Items were clean. The room was clean. The hall carpet had a lot of stains and it smelled. Staff was helpful. When going to the grab n go breakfast the only thing left to grab was packaged oatmeal. I'm sure we could have called the staff but we just went out for breakfast.

Pros:

The staff member working at the front desk at the yellow building (55) on 8/19 in the afternoon was incredibly RUDE and oversold the rooms. He made it sound like I was SOL and pretty much refused to help me. I went to the other extended stay brick building (45) and the staff at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She helped me transfer the reservation and didn’t leave me stranded without a room like the staff at the other location did. Overall it was a good experience thanks to the kind staff in building 45.

Pros:

It was ok for what we needed it for. You get what you pay for, we were looking for inexpensive for a 1 night stay as we were only there to shower and sleep. If we were going to be there for several days we would have wanted something a bit nicer.

Worst place ever
Pros:

I didn’t even get a decent soap or body lotion available in the room. When asked about it the staff said it is cost cutting hence can’t help on it. After spending 200 dollars for a hotel I doiosnt get a body lotion. There were no sheets on the bed and no room cleaning even available . They even asked me to thrown my own trash when existing the room

Pros:

I’ve been coming to stay as a guest at his hotel for the last 6 months and have not been disappointed with management or staff each ,housekeeping does a great job . Front desk are absolutely fantastic in making I have everything I need for my stay and have even made excellent recommendations on certain local restaurants to visit while on my stay and I found the to be extraordinarily helpful as I’m not too familiar with area . The management and staff are very polite and courteous.
