Great location and staff are very polite and helpful.
Pros:

The location was perfect, it was ideal for the venues that we were going to.The room that we booked was clean and roomy but the carpet could do with being replaced along with all other carpets. The breakfast was more than ample but the hot items weren’t hot.

Cons:

All of the above items being improved would make a huge difference to the hotel and in my opinion word would get round that this would be a nice place to stay.I don’t think it would cost much to ensure that the buffet breakfast was kept hot.

A lovely city escape with an excellent breakfast, would highly recommend.
Pros:

It was brilliant. We had a great view and warm comfortable room. The breakfast in the morning was really good.

Cons:

Our card seemed to demagnetise which was super annoying.

Clean gd location.
Pros:

Breakfast was very gd could be a bit hotter gd location. But i didn’t like the single room no view and needs updated, mattress on bed appeared to b a bit sloped. Didn’t think that particular room was worth the money very small & dull , only gd think was clean .

Cons:

Breakfast hotter , room updated and made brighter wouldn’t stay in that room again . Clean

Beautiful hotel - excellent value for money. No request too big!
Pros:

Breakfast was brilliant - staff were so friendly and nothing was too much to ask. The food was tasty and there was a great variety. Lovely little setting looking over the city centre too whilst eating. Dinner was equally as tasty and the restaurant was quiet and calm. The room was IMMACULATE, not a single fault with cleanliness. We had a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite which was lovely - a beautiful bathroom, fridge, robes and slippers and plenty of space. The location of the hotel is perfect for commuting anywhere within the city.

Cons:

Dinner service was quite slow considering how quiet the restaurant was. Felt like they were quite short staffed but this may have been a one off! The bed was rather uncomfortable - for 2 nights it was ok but we both went home with sore backs - however I’m quite a fussy sleeper! We could hear the doors being banged loudly from neighbouring rooms. There wasn’t much available parking however we were lucky to get a space throughout the weekend, in busier periods I imagine this might be tricky. Overall the pros definitely outweigh the cons of this hotel!

It was disappointing when i had travelled to be rested and refreshed for an interview.
Cons:

Disrupted sleep as people running in the corridors and slamming doors. Luke warm water (at best) for a shower in the morning.
