The location was great close to all amenities,rooms were large and spacious.
Bed was a little uncomfortable and in need for a better mattress. I felt the floors in the bedroom and bathroom were very sloppy and felt I was walking down hill.
Breakfast good, location excellent.

Wow! We felt like we are in a royals suite when we entered our room. Actually we were in The Balmoral Suite. That alone got me excited at the get go. The room took my breath away. Everything from view to comfort to elegant linens. Everything. Definitely a return and highly recommended.

Comfortable, clean room. Looked recently refurbished. Good size bed for single room, queen size or small double. Bar good, I felt safe and comfortable as solo traveller. Location excellent for theatre.

The location was excellent for the Music Hall.
The room was tired, peeling wallpaper and scuffed furniture. The bed was hard. This was a single room. The price was good but the quality of the room was poor for a 4 star hotel. I’ve stayed in better rooms at the same hotel.
