Nice room but slow room service for ice
Pros:

very nice hotel. seems a bit off the tourist areas but not too far. be sure to use the metro service. Only real complaint is the room service for ice. 45 minutes is exceptionally slow - true for every day I stayed.

A very nice luxury staycation place in the heart of Parliament Garden area. Everything is perfect here and wellness is the main aspect consistently maintained in all Park Hyatt hotels (awesome sauna, steam, indoor pool, hot and cold plunge). Thank you Ms Ami for efficient check in process and warm welcome, Mr Oliver Kahf and to all Park Hyatt Melbourne staffs for great services and hospitality.

We had a great time celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary. The staff was amazing, the room was beautiful and the pool

It was beautiful. The room was bigger than I thought it was going to be. Bed was soft, a little too soft but I still had an amazing sleep.
