La chambre spacieuse, le lit très confortable et grand.
On entend tous les bruits des couloirs, comme si la porte de la chambre était ouverte. Il y a un vrai problème d’insonorisation des portes! Le matin impossible de dormir.

The bed was bouncy as hell! In an executive suite we expected better

We got locked out of our room twice and the carpark charged us over 100 dollars for parking
Like the nice „old school“ look. Big rooms, huge bathrooms, nice bath tubs, nice staff, and it’s nice to get a free bottle of sparkling. Food is excellent at the property. Breakfast and high tea highly recommended. Burgers (dinner) was also lovely. massage was really good too
They can improve on the Amaretto sours - That’s about all :D
Our second time staying at the Park Hyatt.
Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the front desk on check-in. This set the tone for our stay. The staff member was sexist - expressing surprise & scorn that I have a different surname to my husband. He was rude & dismissive. We will stay elsewhere next time. Suggest you invest in some customer service training for front desk staff. Buffet breakfast staff, however, were great.

Very clean and comfortable. Great size room and the selection for the buffet breakfast is fabulous.
A large group of several adults dining in the restaurant had multiple children with them. The parents let the children climb over the furniture in the restaurant and surrounding areas, scream, run around and impose on the serenity of other diners. Restaurant staff need to observe the disturbance on other diners and then be brave enough to, very politely but firmly, ask the parents to control their children. Not only is it a hazard to the staff serving food and beverages, but it's a hazard for the children and extremely unfair on other patrons.
