A relaxing stay - staff are efficient and polite, the room was comfy and clean.
Pros:

I loved the large bath in our room, and the bath salts provided. The room was clean. The pool is lovely with natural light and perfect temperature.

Cons:

The beds were a bit too soft, and I had to leave the pool area as there were too many screaming kids in there 😞The cafe’s menu was quite limited.

A relief to be in such a pleasant hotel.
Pros:

The warm welcome from front drive at arrival to front drive at departure. For our special occasion the hotel management made unexpected, thoughtful arrangements.

Cons:

At level 17 the building is secured with air con being the climate. Could be claustrophobic for some, but air con is entirely manageable.

Relaxation, good service and comfort
Pros:

A beautiful building with excellent facilities and spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful which added to the already good feeling of being cosseted. The swimming pool and associated facilities were excellent. A wonderful place for a weekend escape yet easy walking to the CBD and good tram links.

A wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary weekend
Pros:

Great location, couldn’t fault the staff, wonderful breakfast and facilities, very quiet. We were given a room upgrade and a bottle of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary

The perfect place
Pros:

The Park Hyatt is my go to hotel when celebrating life events here in Melbourne. Its beautiful atmosphere, clean facilities and friendly and attentive staff leave me feeling so refreshed and impressed each time.

Amazing place, would stay again!
