Pedi um late checkout que obviamente seria pago.
Mas tive de pagar adiantado, como se eu fosse fugir sem pagar a conta. Me senti ofendido e a desculpa foi que era política do hotel. No restaurante já não é mais permitido
Colocar a conta no apartamento. Tive de pagar na hora. Ainda bem que desci com a carteira.
Em resumo, não volto mais.

Café da manhã super completo e variado, inclusive com boas opções vegetarianas e veganas. Quarto bonito, confortável e espaçoso. Amenidades e atendimento excelentes.
Infelizmente não consegui fazer a internet funcionar no meu celular. Isso não foi um grande problema pois não estava viajando a trabalho, então consegui usar a internet do meu provedor, mas seria ruim caso eu precisasse para o trabalho.
Além disso, o estacionamento ser pago à parte também foi algo que me pegou desprevenida. Não é um preço abusivo (R$ 35 a noite) mas dependendo do tempo de estadia pode ser um valor considerável, e não há outras opções de estacionamento próximas.
Gostei do quarto.
Por exemplo pedi um determinado quarto e nao pude ser atendida, acho que faltou um pouco de empatia o atendente simplesmente deu o que tinha. Um hotel com 25 andares nao ter um quarto com as características que pedi. Cafe da manhã tbem muito confuso, muito barulhento e sem reposição rápida. Pedi uma mucarela e rapaz me falou que ainda ia fatiar. Estranho ne.
