Hotel bom, sempre tive vontade de me hospedar lá, enfim gostei, mas não me surpreendi
Pros:

Estrutura boa, porém muita coisa defasada, restaurante terceirizado com comida boa, porém funcionários perdidos e sem treinamentos , perderam a chave da adega e ficamos sem tomar o vinho.

Falta vedar mais as janelas , barulho excessivo de sons de veículos

O café da manhã oferece boas opções, mas fica muito tumultuado no sábado pela manhã. Fica até difícil para os funcionários fazerem a reposição dos itens. Também tive um problema de vazamento no box do banheiro, mas rapidamente a equipe da recepção me mudou de quarto, oferecendo inclusive, uma categoria acima da reservada.

O hotel superou em muito as expectativas. Excelente café da manha, ótima localização (ao lado do shopping), restaurante com excelente comida, limpeza impecável, ótimo atendimento e funcionários prestativos. Se eu retornar a BH, certamente irei me hospedar novamente no hotel.
