Estadia confortável, mas abaixo das expectativas para um hotel cinco estrelas.
Pros:

O hotel é confortável e a estadia foi agradável. A quantidade de travesseiros é um diferencial positivo, o banheiro é amplo e o chuveiro é muito bom. A limpeza também é bem feita, com o quarto sempre organizado. A área de lazer é um destaque: a piscina aquecida é bastante agradável e a sauna também é muito boa.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bom, mas achei simples para a faixa de preço do hotel. A estrutura é confortável, porém já demonstra certa idade em alguns aspectos. Na academia, senti falta da disponibilização de água para os hóspedes. Além disso, os preços dos itens de consumo, como água e bebidas, são elevados. O isolamento acústico dos quartos também poderia ser melhor, já que o barulho da limpeza, principalmente do aspirador de pó nos corredores, acaba incomodando. Na minha percepção, alguns detalhes de estrutura e serviços ainda ficam abaixo do que se espera de um hotel cinco estrelas.
