Do atendimento dos recepcionistas e a segurança
Por ser um hotel 5 estrelas, cobram até por talheres e pratos, detalhe que o prato é de plástico. Costuma ter festas barulhentas durante toda a madrugada e os seguranças acabam tendo que preocupar com o evento e não com a segurança do hotel. Não existe atendimento na piscina e está longe de ser um 5 estrelas.

Quero ressaltar o péssimo atendimento que recebi ontem, dia 29/05, por volta das 15:00 de uma recepcionista ruiva, de cabelos cacheados. Atendimento frio, mal educado. Extremamente distante do padrão Ouro Minas.
