Decepcionante!

Atendimento dos concierge do estacionamento.
Cama confortável, estrutura física do quarto.

Cons:

Pelo que entendi havia um casamento no andar superior ao apartamento onde estava hospedada. Desde 05:00 começou o barulho, depois música de entrada e mesas e cadeiras sendo arrastadas.
Além disso comida do restaurante estava péssima.
Os entregadores do iFood não podem sequer entrar na recepção do hotel, temos que ir fora do hotel para receber.
Já fiquei outras vezes no hotel. E foi tudo bem.
Mas dessa vez foi decepcionante. Uma diária neste valor esperamos uma resposta melhor .

Fizemos reserva de suite com banheira mas no momento do check in fui informado que nao havia nenhuma suite com banheira disponível e que não haveria estorno da diferença na diária porque a reserva foi feita pelo Booking, ou seja estamos no prejuízo.
