Acho que o cafe da manhã poderia ser, melhor distribuido a logistica e falha. Pedi uma simples mucarela e o moço me disse que ainda ia fatiar. Sendo que era o cafe da manhã. Reposição de itens muito demorado e local extremamente barulhento.

Check-in, pois chegamos por volta das 12h e só fomos pro quarto às 14h, nesse período poderíamos ter usado as instalações do hotel, como por exemplo a piscina ou já que o horário estava próximo, poderia ter liberado o quarto.

Colchão duro, sem condição de conforto. Trocaram os colchões e quem escolheu os novos errou feio e travesseiros são do mesmo padrão de dureza, sem conforto.
