total stay was a 8.5/10.
Pros:

room and all fixtures were clean, bed was done perfectly. all facilities were clean and came with all toiletries and complimentary cookies :) front desk was very helpful and nice and accommodating even with the bad weather.

Cons:

although this is not the staffs fault at all , due to the amount people that weekend , check in and checkout took a lot longer than usual. other staff joined in eventually to help the girl at the front, but other visitors were getting upset. I also requested late checkout in advance ( when i booked ) and was promised it and told them to charge my card. although in the morning i got a call saying i did not request late checkout and needed to be out. This was something that upset me a little bit as I requested it in advance and was changed last minute.

El baño, y el espacio estaba bien distribuido.

Cons:

1) me dieron una habitación equivocada que estaba complemente sucia, les indiqué ello y no es que me ayudaran a transportarme a otra habitación sino que yo tuve que hacer directamente todo el cambio.
2) los del counter no eran tan amables, llamé a uno por apoyo y me dijeron que tenía que bajar. Esto incluye también que no me indicaron adecuadamente donde se servían los desayunos.
