Terrible experience

The hotel was a very good location. The bed was good. The hotel was good.

Cons:

The staff was horrible. They advertised that we had a shuttle to the airport is why we booked there and no shuttle came. We stood in the cold, freezing for like an hour and the shuttle still didn’t come. We had to take a taxi to the hotel and when we got to the hotel, the shuttle still didn’t come. The taxi had a minimum of $33. The staff had a broken front door and they were telling us at 11 o’clock at night to go around to the back door we’re almost 70 years old and it was blistery cold and we we’re not able to take our our baggage around to the back and no one came out to help us or anything. Finally, the cab driver took us around to the back terrible service. In the end, after a lot of complaining, they did give us the money for the taxi.

Not impressed
Pros:

This is not a 4 star hotel. Priceline includes it in 4 star incorrectly.
Restaurant closes from 9:30 to 5.
Heating system is noisy. Curtains are falling down.
Breakfast is very good though not cheap.
