I loved the location. The food hall below the hotel has a variety of food options. Walkable to Old Montreal, Underground, and Metro. Staff was friendly and helpful when needing assistance with anything.

Cons:

The room we had did pick up the hallway nose. If you are a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs. Elevator seemed slow

Couldn’t sleep very noisy The phone wouldn’t work in my room. No one would come to fix it or never asked me to even change my room.

They took the money from my account three months before they originally said when I booked. I was supposed to pay on arrival.
