Pros:

the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very nice and clean, the pool and sauna were also nice. the staff was very welcoming.

Cons:

we booked a room with a city view. while the room did have a big window with a view, we were hoping that a city view room would be on a higher floor to have a better view. it didn't ruin our stay but was a bit less than what we were expecting. still had a wonderful time.

Enjoyable stay and good city centre location.
Pros:

Room was good with nice city view (albeit you had to upgrade to get it).
Above a large indoor shopping mall, food hall and bar including 'Eggspectation', fantastic for breakfast, and 'Le Cage' Sports bar for drinks & food

Cons:

We didn't get the room serviced one day?
A bit of a walk outside in the snow and freezing temperatures to the Bell Centre, which was the main purpose of our stay to watch ice hockey.

Great location downtown. Comfy rooms
Pros:

Comfy beds, plenty of space, good view of the city, great location

Cons:

No stairs, a long wait for the lifts. Pool opening was quite late, I like an early morning swim.

Breakfast was sub par. Eggs were soupy, they ran out of bacon, typical buffet breakfast and not worth the price. Eat elsewhere for $33/pp 😱
