Really lovely stay, would definitely recommend for Montreal visit
Pros:

Really nice spacious room with comfortable beds. Staff friendly and were nice to upgrade us to a premier king suite and leave me cake and card as it was my birthday.

Great location, nice amenities, great staff, hotel needs a facelift.
Pros:

Location is great and the cocktail bar in the lobby is terrific. The staff are helpful and efficient.

Cons:

The hotel rooms and the gym look dated and worn. Carpet in the entrance of our room (2306) is severely worn and discolored. it's time for a room refresh.

Perfectly located within walking distance of top attractions, this hotel impressed us with its warm and thoughtful staff
Pros:

Location, location, location! The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they surprised my wife with a slice of cheesecake for her birthday upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The entrance and lobby were beautifully decorated and very inviting. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Montréal.

Cons:

The toilet flush was quite loud and took a long time to refill. Valet parking was convenient but a bit expensive, and retrieving the car could take some time at times.
