5-star stay all around
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the Omni while on a week-long trip to visit family. Right from the start their service is proactive and attentive. Even with a completely full house for the Grand Prix, they managed to find a fan for my husband who can't sleep without one.

The room was well-appointed with probably the comfiest hotel bed I have experienced (and I travel constantly for work), and thoughtful touches like Nespresso coffee pods instead of the usual low-bar hotel room coffee.

The restaurant and bar were both excellent, and there are high-end touches throughout that elevate the experience.

Do be aware they don't have a pool or jacuzzi--my one single disappointment was that they closed that years ago and because it's mentioned in some earlier reviews I hadn't realized, which is not the hotel's fault. But all of the amenities are excellent.

We will surely be back!

Pros:

Very friendly service. Rooms are very clean. I asked for some extra towels and someone was at my room in less than 5 minutes.

Excellent stay and centrally located in downtown Montreal steps away from McGill campus.
Pros:

Room was large and your front staff were excellent.

Cons:

Shower did have slight leaking could not turn the tap to shut that off completely.

Broken Bathrooms Untrustworthy Service
Pros:

The location is proper, with easy access to downtown area, yet not noisy.

Cons:

For all four rooms we tried out during our stays, all drains do not function properly and accumulated water as you shower. Pools also not functioning.

Bom hotel, muito boa localização

Cons:

Chegamos no hotel por volta de 13:00hs para fazermos o check-in, e a primeira informação foi de que infelizmente não havia quarto disponível naquele momento. Após alguns minutos, o mesmo atendente nos ofereceu a possibilidade de fazermos um early check-in por 50 CAD… Acredito que o hotel poderia nos ter feito uma cortesia por conta de apenas 2 horas…

Pros:

The staff are friendly and very helpful, and we felt welcome. The room was large and comfortable, and true to the pictures. Check-in and check-out were quick.

The cleaning of the bathroom could be better. As, we were on a lower floor, despite closed and good quality windows, there was some noise early morning ,

Great location and great little place for breakfast but the rooms need to be updated. The hotel was very clean however.
Pros:

The location is really great especially if you’re visiting for the F1 Grand Prix.

Cons:

The rooms are very dated. The mattress was horrible. It was way too soft and I am someone who doesn’t like a ln overly firm mattress but this have zero support.
