I went to Montreal for knee replacement surgery and chose this hotel because it was one of the hotels reccomemnded by the clinic. The service was incredible. They went out of their way to help make our stay as comfortable as possible whether from the doorman who helped me find a wheelchair, to the front desk staff who printed my surgery instructions and brought it to us while we were having dinner. And even technicians who helped us fix the ice machine in our room so that I could have some relief from the swelling of my knee. Incredible service. The best we have had.

Room furniture outdated and tired. Shower really bad. Bedding tired. Room decor in need for an overall redo.
I will not repeat this definitely i paid for a room to be occupying 4 we were shocked it is only 2! We waled up 6 am on noises by there is wedding celebration next to our room, and when we asked for help the hotel did nothing
Overrated hotel and booking is charging extra i selected 2 nights and then they send me notification that this was only one night
We have chosen this hotel because of the swimming pool as advertised by google, tripadvisor etc. However, it was frustrating to find out that the swimming pool has been out of order for some time. Nevertheless, hotel staff was kind enough to offer some coupons to cheer us up a bit..

There was nothing i didn’t like
The Pool was closed, the breakfast not included ($45) plus tip, the gym equipment was broken, and no water or beverages in the rooms.
Good evening to all
Last Tuesday I had some ideas of where to spend some quality time in Montreal, as the weather was getting better, but still cold for my own reality, since in Portugal it doesn’t get this cold.
Veronique jumped in and started to give ideas of where to go and suggested me several locations. She was not only able to give me precise directions, but she even provided to book a slot at the Strom Spa, that was at the time unavailable online. Veronique was able to provide what I wanted as a typical Montreal experience, despite the limited time to arrange such experience.
For this reason, I’m writing this letter to whom it may concern, to recommend Veronique and all her staff services to whoever needs help to experience Montreal hospitality.
