Wir würden dort durchaus wieder übernachten.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Bettwäsche weich und gemütlich. Die Internetverbindung war ok. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer bräuchte vielleicht mal ein upgrade auf modernen Standard, insbesondere das Badezimmer.

Super Lage, super Frühstück

Das Frühstück war super, das Personal sehr freundlich und trotz der super Lage war es nachts ruhig

Cons:

Da gibt es nur eine winzige Sache, aber ich glaube daran wird schon Stück für Stück gearbeitet: Die Fugen im Bad müssten erneuert werden.

Linkin Park mit Übernachtung im Herzen von Hamburg
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Hamburg, in der Nähe der Reeperbahn, die hoteleigene Tiefgarage kam uns sehr gut gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Ausstattung gut. Schlafen konnten wir sehr gut, sehr bequeme Betten.
Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen Barbereich, der auch abends unter Woche noch länger nutzbar ist.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, die Mitarbeiter insgesamt nett und zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Wir waren drei Nächte zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Freundlicher Empfang mit einer humorvollen Note, kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zudrm ist die Rezeption 24Std.besetzt!! Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Schmutzige Zimmer
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, man ist schnell an den Landungsbrücken und an der Reeperbahn.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war absolut nicht sauber, die Fugen im Bad waren verschlimmelt, am Duschkopf hingen Seifenreste, am Waschbecken waren überall Seifenreste, der Stuhl im Zimmer hatte dunkle Spritzspuren.
Die Einrichtung war alt, was kein Problem ist. Aber Sauberkeit ist ein Muss und war hier leider nicht erfüllt.
Da unser Zimmer im EG lag gab es einen Rolladen zusätzlich zu den Vorhängen, was zwar gut klingt aber leider nichts bringt wenn er sich nicht ganz herunter fahren lässt.
Wir haben uns unwohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv kein zweites Mal.

Hôtel très conseillé en période fraîche.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner extra, varié.
Personnel d’accueil de l’hôtel très sympa.

Cons:

La chaleur dans la chambre. Le problème est que l’on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit de rues et des boites de nuit.
