Plutôt bon mais pas le meilleur de nos vacances, le personnelle était top
Pros:

Nous avons surtout apprécié le personnel qui était très aimable, une petite pensée pour Christian qui a été adorable !

Cons:

La douche assez petite et casse gueule car il n’y a pas de rambarde pour sortir,
La climatisation n’a pas correctement fonctionné, nous avons eu chaud toute la nuit

Ottimo hotel in zona tranquilla
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! L'hotel è fuori dal centro di Firenze ma per noi era ottimale perché abbiamo partecipato ad un concerto alle cascine che dista 20 minuti a piedi, una bella passeggiata tranquilla. La zona è tranquilla anche di sera, non abbiamo avuto problemi.
La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno funzionale, il letto comodissimo e l'aria condizionata una manna dal cielo con il caldo di questi giorni.
Non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori o disturbo.
Colazione abbondante con opzioni vegane (fantastico!).
Un ringraziamento ad Alessandro per la sua disponibilità e soprattutto simpatia!! Ottimo lavoro, così si sta in una reception! Bravo!

Cons:

Nulla, tutto ottimo. Se dovessimo tornare a Firenze sarebbe sicuramente la prima scelta.
