Todo estuvo perfecto. Mary la recepcionista que nos recibió y luego la vimos en varias ocasiones nos trató y estuvo muy atenta siempre.

Nada salvou nessa estadia, nenhuma tomada do quarto funcionava direito, iluminação ruim, chuveiro péssimo e com vazamento de água que alagava tudo, camas ruins, localização mais ou menos, distante de muitas coisas. Não recomendo.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a very accessible location, near the airport, major highways and within two to three minutes of a tram stop to the city centre. The hotel also offers private parking, an ice dispenser, and a vendor in the lobby, which are appreciated during the summer season. Moreover, you meet with very friendly and competent reception staff. Efficient, properly directed room air conditioning and the possibility of making your own fresh orange juice at breakfast are very welcome. If you find a suitable car accessible location and a good value-for-money ratio, the hotel is the right choice.

Cons:

Tiny corridors in the room stories and the breakfast room. The other European or American visitors must accept that the breakfast variety is focused on the traditional Italian breakfast. Enjoy it as it is, and do not expect a plethora of variety of breads, etc. :)

Gentilezza dello staff (soprattutto alla reception) e comodità nel raggiungere i mezzi per il centro

Aparte il problema del parcheggio è andato tutto bene, Grazie.
Cons:

Quando abbiamo prenotato per noi era importante il parcheggio, invece non avevano posto libero😔e neanche vicino non lo abbiamo trovato neanche a pagamento, primo giorno è stato un problema per noi. Il giorno dopo si è liberato e abbiamo potuto usarlo. Dovrebbero scriverlo come nota che non sempre sono posti liberi ho sonno limitati.

Pros:

La struttura era vicina alla fermata della tranvia, molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, la colazione era abbondante e buona!

Cons:

Il fatto che le camere siano garantite fino alle 19:00, cosa che ne su Booking né sul loro sito è scritta, almeno mandare un messaggio su Booking visto che ho fatto la prenotazione con pagamento diretto in Hotel e nessun tipo di pagamento anticipato.
