The staff at Twin Falls were excellent! I needed to make a last minute room change to accommodate an unexpected guest. The staff got that done quickly. They brought extra towels and pillows that we needed. The suite was well supplied, very clean and comfortable.
The shower. That glass shower made it impossible not to get water on the floor. Also it too forever for me to get hot water on Saturday afteroon.
Tesla charging stations on . Large rooms, well equipped
24/7 access to pool and facilities. I’ve never see that before. Super useful little room with cook top, fridge and dishwasher. Made my stay really convenient.
Did not enjoy the shower. It’s not an enclosed shower which I hate. You’re always kind of cold and there’s water all over the floor when you’re finished. Down pillows and mattress needs updating, but I would stay there again.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and there seems to be ample parking. The hotel is located right off the main road so it is relatively convenient to get to everything.
I booked this hotel because they advertise that they have electric vehicle charging. When we got there the chargers do in fact exist, but they did not work. When we plugged in the car the screen on the charger said the connection was successful, but after a few seconds it would say to unplug and re-cradle the charger. There was a QR code on the charger that we tried but it didn't link to anything to make the charger work. The staff at the hotel seemed to think the charger should be plug and go, but otherwise didn't know anything about it. I understand that the charger is maintained by a different company, but if the hotel is going to advertise that they have it they should be more aware of how it works and if it works. The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the charger. Our stay was only one night passing through, so I didn't really need a full suite.
Also of note, the water pressure wasn't very good in the shower.
There was never any left because they did not prepare enough for the entire baseball team and other guests. This hotel is a joke for the amount of money I spent through you!!!!! The room never got cleaned we had to empty our own trash and when I requested it to be cleaned what and how it was left was unbelievable. I even told the front staff and no response, because I have pictures and still have pictures. The attached pictures are how the hotel was left for us upon returning. When we did ask the maid if she would clean the room, she said you speak Spanish no, you should learn, excuse me? That was completely RUDE!!! Honestly you just cannot make this stuff up.
The overall services and what the hotel is supposed to offer. I cannot believe I am not even receiving money back it was that bad!!! Oh, and I wrote the Marriott and typical never hear back from them either, they do not care these days. The Marriott does not value their members that is for sure!
