快適
Pros:

たまたま、どんたく祭りをやってる時期でした。レンタカーでの旅だったので、道路の規制などでなかなか到着できずでしたが、初めての場所での道の案内を電話で丁寧にしていただきました。駅からも中洲の屋台からも近くとても便利な場所だと思いました。部屋の中のアメニティも充実してますが、化粧水などのコスメのアメニティがあればなお良いかと思います。

Could have been better.
Pros:

Clean and good location.

Cons:

The rooms shown in the pictures are different in reality. When we got to the hotel we noticed the room looks different from what we booked. We to ask for the room we actually booked - and they tried to explain us that is the very same room. "Room designs are changed each floor". In reality the room they pictured was the corner room in one floor which looks very different than the others. Mostly tried to "get away" with the situation and make us stop complaining. Eventually we stayed with the room we got even though we booked a room for two - it was meant to use for one person.

The most infuriating part was when they asked extra charge for switching rooms. EVEN TO THE SAME ROOM TYPE.

Not to mention that you check in and out by yourself. The staff via automatic machines. Even when you try to communicate with the staff - they don't pay much attention. Being careless.

Was very disappointing. Beware before you book a room in this hotel.

該有的都有，會動的都還能動
Pros:

飯店大廳接待男性員工英文很好溝通沒問題，旁邊有自動入住機台可選繁體中文，如果不想溝通可以跟接代人員說透過機台自助報到(住宿稅一個人頭一天200可刷卡喔)
飯店門口出去左轉有肉鬆右邊有全家，往後走滿滿的紅燈區酒吧跟無料案內所喔
附近有個大廣場有很多攤車跟街頭藝人很有趣喔，即使到了凌晨1點廣場依然有人在大聲唱歌，我都能從他的歌聲裡感到滿滿的靈魂律動呢
房間有一扇對外窗可以打開讓空氣流動(有看到其中一個負評是房間沒辦法開窗，代表不是每間房間窗戶都能開喔)，小缺點是會有小蟲飛進來
雖然飯店老舊但該有的都有，基礎設施都還不錯喔~至於為什麼要開窗戶通風請看下面負評的地方喔

Cons:

房間冷氣數字面版是可以調的，但你調規調他是不會有反應的
根據前幾位留言反映看起來是中央空調，即使你調到20度他吹出來的溫度就是中央空調的冷度喔(夏天住宿的請留意喔)
洗衣機只有兩台使用人口眾多灰塵棉絮還蠻多的，如果住多天又愛乾淨想洗衣服推薦走個600公尺到MINE (Main) Suzakiten Coin Laundry這家自助洗衣店，還可以透過現場QR扣看使用狀況喔

위치 하나만으로도 가성비 좋음
Pros:

위치가 깡패 미나텐진 천천히 걸어도 15분내외로 갈수있고 호텔에서 이치란 본점 바로 감
그리고 호텔 밖에서 캐널시티 보임(그만큼 가깝다는 얘기)

Cons:

저층이었는데 도로 쪽 방면이여서 창문을 제대로 활짝 못 열었음. 후문에 있는 가게 손님들이랑 눈 마주칠수있음
창문 활짝 열고 싶으면 고층이어야 할듯
