Pésima habitación, sin puerta de baño ni regadera con toda la vista abierta. La peor y más incomoda.

Me gustó la ubicación, el precio y la cercanía al Centro de San Miguel.

Cons:

Que la habitación TENÍA ABIERTO EL BAÑO-WC Y LA REGADERA. NO TENÍA PUERTA DE BAÑO y fue muy incomodo con mi compañero tener que hacer del baño y bañarse viendo todo !! A pesar de pedir un cambio de habitación, la Señorita de Recepción me mintió diciéndome que así eran todos los cuartos. Y después otro Huésped desmintió eso diciendo que si tenían puertas los baños. Al final decidí ya no hospedarme las otras 3 noches que tenía previsto porque me dio pena volver a ver a mi compañero desnudo y vulnerable (por no hablar del olor y los ruidos al estar íntimamente en el baño).

PESIMO SERVICIO, NO HABIA AGUA CALIENTE

HICE UNA RESERVACION PARA IMPERIO DE LOS ANGELES EN SAN MIGUEL ALLENDE GUANAJUATO MEXICO Número de confirmación:5295674920 basado en la valoración de los usuarios 4.4 al llegar al hotel ya no había servicio de valet, la habitación tiene un nivel muy bajo de iluminación, el baño olía mal y el lavabo no desaguaba correctamente pero, bueno eso es llevadero. A la mañana siguiente NO HABÍA AGUA CALIENTE y lo más que podían hacer era llevar agua caliente de la cocina.... EN CUBETAS? Desde la 8am pregunte en la recepción y no tenían respuesta y cuando dije que quería cancelar la siguiente noche, me dijeron que el trámite sería con booking, pero el hotel ya no contestaba ninguna llamada y el gerente estaba de descanso (oídos sordos) y booking SOLO ES INTERMEDIARIO explicaron, así que perdí mi dinero y tuve que pagar un air b&b PESIMO HOTEL Y PESIMO SERVICIO DE BOOKING

La apertura del desayuno todos los días fue tarde, a las 7 ya uno debe tener la posibilidad de estar sentado comiendo, más aún que teníamos un itinerario muy ajustado
Cuando tienen grupos grandes de personas deben de ser más expeditos en servir la comida, contratar de temporada o sacar personas deben otras actividades.
