Una struttura ben dotata. Le camere un po piccoline senza balcone , ma con una buona posizione ed un bel panorama . Mi è piaciuto molto il servizio hamam con il massaggio e la colazione abbondante ed i camerieri molto attenti e disponibili. La sera c’era un cameriere che odorava di sudore, e poco ben informato, poiché ci ha venduto una pasta piccante per il bimbo, ma nel complesso tutti molto bene.

Pros:

La ubicación al lado de historia y las tiendas y buenos restaurantes están por todas partes. El desayuno variado con las vistas increíbles del Bosphoro.El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto ayudarte a resolver cualquier duda o problema. Gracias equipo Yasmak Sultan Lo pasamos muy bien con ustedes!!! Hasta pronto.

Pros:

Emplacement, propreté, gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très grand. Mais beaucoup de produits ( fromages, charcuterie, croissants, pâtisseries) trop industriels à mon goût. J' aurai préféré moins de choix mais plus de produits faits maison. Tout comme les jus de fruits ( très sucrés) et loin du goût des vrais fruits pressés.

O locatie foarte placuta in centrul Istanbulului
Pros:

Locatia foarte bine situata, primitoare si calda. Personal foarte politicos, dornic sa ofere ajutor la orice pas. Mic dejun cu oferta variata de produse pentru toate gusturile.

Cons:

Nimic nu ar fi fost de completat/ corectat. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location. The breakfast was unbelievable (and the view from the restaurant is incredible). The pool and sauna/spa is great. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable.

The hotel is lovely, had a very nice stay. Centrally located. The staff here are very nice, welcoming and accommodating, 10/10 for their service. The breakfast is also very nice, a good variety and they change up the hot food everyday.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Stayed here for four nights. Excellent hotel. Very clean. Staff helpful and spoke good English. We got a free upgrade and the room was a good size and clean. Bathroom was slightly small and the wash basin was in the bedroom which was slightly strange until we got used to it.
Breakfast had a wide choice of food both hot and cold. Ate in the rooftop restaurant one night which was very good with great service. Lovely views over the city.
Hotel is only 15 to 20 mins walk from most of the attractions and the area feels safe at night.
