Le petit déjeuner est complet et très varié.
Beaucoup de choix
La piscine avec un coin chaud séparé impeccable et propre pour les fins de journée sans supplément (avec bonnet de bain).
Lieu central pour les visites. Tout peut se faire à pied (mosquée, basilique). Après faut prendre une carte et la recharger pour les transports.
Ne pas venir trop tard au petit déjeuner car ils ne réapprovisionnent pas beaucoup (les plats chaud et les pâtisseries)
Venir tôt aussi pour avoir une chance d'avoir les tables avec vue sur le Bosphore

Un hotel absolut de 4 stele, foarte curat. Personal foarte amabil la receptie, restaurant si SPA.
Amplasament foarte bun, foarte aproape de gara, metrou si tramvai, de obiective turistice. Micul dejun bogat si diversificat. Apa, ceai si ness aprovizionare zilnic in camera fara costuri suplimentare.
Baie, prosoape, camere foarte curate.
Camera mare, fara gălăgie daca închizi geamurile. Aerul conditionat fara zgomot exagerat pe turația a 2-a.
Recomandari: colacul de toaleta cu amortizor, oua ochiuri la mic dejun, o pagina cu informatii despre SPA: program, tipuri de servicii si costuri si 1-2 șezlonguri in plus la piscina.

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti con la mia famiglia (due stanze). Abbiamo apprezzato molto questa struttura per la posizione, la cura degli arredi, la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale. La colazione era eccezionale, la migliore di tutto il mio viaggio in Turchia (e non solo); scelta amplissima dal dolce al salato e qualità altissima di tutto. La posizione è molto comoda perchè a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni e dai mezzi (la linea T1 è veloce e comoda per spostarsi sia verso Sultanhamet che verso Galata, Karakoy e il porto delle navi da crociera). Lo consiglio.
Le stanze erano un po' piccole. La nostra doppia aveva il divano e abbiamo potuto appoggiarvi le valige ma la tripla dei miei figli era un po' sacrificata considerando anche la necessità dello spazio per i bagagli.

De ontvangst was erg hartelijk en vriendelijk. We kwamen al rond 07.30 uur in de ochtend aan en konden zonder extra kosten direct één van onze twee kamers krijgen. Dat was na een lange reis echt heel fijn.
De kamers zijn niet groot, maar wel schoon, comfortabel en prima voor een stedentrip. Het ontbijt op de bovenste verdieping was uitgebreid en lekker, met een mooi uitzicht over de Bosporus. Ook de chefkok was erg vriendelijk.
De locatie is uitstekend. Tram en metro zijn vlakbij en bezienswaardigheden zoals de Hagia Sophia en de Grand Bazaar zijn goed te voet bereikbaar. Voor ons was dit een zeer goede uitvalsbasis om Istanbul te verkennen.
Het zwembad bevindt zich in de kelder en is vrij klein en donker. Het was leuk om even te gebruiken, maar we misten er wat sfeer.
Bij het verder uitgebreide ontbijt vonden we het opvallend dat er geen egg-station was. Een vers bereid ei was alleen tegen meerprijs verkrijgbaar, net als bijvoorbeeld een cappuccino. Naar onze mening past dat niet helemaal bij een hotel in deze klasse.
Le personnel a été très agréable, aux petits soins pour tous les clients. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et les chambres sont confortables. L'hôtel est situé dans la partie touristique et historique de la ville donc nous avons pu tout faire à pied.
Attention au moment de la réservation : regardez bien si la réservation des chambres est pour 1 ou 2 personnes. En Europe, les nuitées sont toujours pour 2 personnes et il y a un supplément lorsque l'on choisit une chambre pour 1 personne. Là, c'est l'inverse. Nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de devoir payer un supplément pour la 2e personne alors que c'est toujours la même chambre, le même lit. Donc, ne faites pas comme nous et vérifiez bien que la chambre est pour 2 personnes si vous voyagez en couple. Le personnel n'y est pour rien, c'est la politique de l'hôtel.

The location was ideal. Staff were friendly
I thought it needed an update. I booked this hotel cause it had a swimming pool but it was compulsory to wear a swimming cap. If you didn't have a cap you had to buy one from the spa staff. This was greatly disappointing as the 5 night we stayed there we didn't go to the swimming pool once.
Also my flights were cancelled and I had to get an extra day's accommodation. I booked it 6 moths in advance. When I rang so they coukd help me with the extra night I was told I had to cancel my whole booking and rebook fir the entire stay. I paid double for one night. It was absurd.
Great location near major attractions in The old city. Rooftop view was over the golden horn and breakfast good. The chef also made extra gluten free bread and sweets for me. Pool was refreshing but small.
Shower could have been cleaner and beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped.
