Pros:

The hotel location is great, close to everything in Istanbul. Good breakfast with lots of fruit. The rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view of the Bosphorus and mosques. There is a spa, gym, and a small pool, but they look a bit old.

Cons:

The room was too small for two adults and a child. It is outdated and needs renovation.
Our room was on the top floor, and the window view was just the roof of the next building. Also, the window could not close because the handle was broken, so we had to tape it shut.My wife was sick and could not go down for breakfast. I wanted to bring her breakfast to the room, but a man named Emre said No.
Luckily, another very nice, tall girl helped us and let me take the food to the room.
Finally, the elevator is very slow.

Fantastic service and ideal location
Pros:

We had a fantastic four day stay at Yasmak Sultan and couldn’t have chosen a better place to explore Istanbul. The location is excellent, with all the major attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation, including the tram, metro and ferries.

Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and serviced thoroughly every day. Breakfast offered a great selection of fresh food and the rooftop setting made every morning even more enjoyable.

What truly made our stay special though, was the incredible hospitality. A special thank you to Elif who was always warm and happy to help with recommendations and answer any questions we had. We’d also like to thank Mehmet at reception and Murat from the restaurant for their attentiveness and friendly service.

Unfortunately, we didn’t catch everyone’s names, but every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. Thank you all for making our trip so memorable guys. ❤️

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and we would be delighted to stay here again.

Amazing hotel in the Istanbul

Beautiful location and clean rooms
Pros:

I stayed there with my daughter. The location was fantastic with easy access to all the attractions by walk or by trams or metro.
Very colourful, clean and exactly what we want.
The staff are helpful and friendly. The room service staff Hassan was very helpful. We opt out for cleaning 2 days during the stay of 6 nights, he still asked for towels, toilet rolls and ect.
We included breakfast, we loved it. Mostly same food in the morning. But we loved it.
However we didn’t use the pool, as it’s not outdoor. The rooftop view mentioned is not quite a view, but we didn’t miss anything.
The fridge was filled with drinks and snacks. Water was given free everyday.
I’ll definitely recommend the hotel and the location.

Unbelievable Hotel
Pros:

Perfect hôtel Yasmak , we tried before many hotel around and we wanted to try Yasmak hotel as always sold out and we found the hotel is excellent, the staff very kind and helpful Aytkun at reception (thank you ELIF , Murat at the restaurant) , the restaurant at rooftop(big restaurant )with nice views on Bosphore and aya Sofia mosque, great breakfast tasty food, lot of kind of dessert and pastries, room clean but small as All hotels around , good AC , my son likes the swimming pool , warm with nice jacuzzi , we recommend this hotel for everyone

Incredible stay
Pros:

I came 4 times in Istambul ,this time we reserved in Yasmak guenuily it’s was beyond our expectations, every thing was perfect for us
The staff is very polite sympathic and extremely helpful making our stay very easy and confortable
The rooms very clean despite being small but tidy
The breakfast in the rooftop is amazing with very spacious area ,many options ,delicious fruits and coffee the view is breathtaking to Aya sofia and bosphore ,really stunning breakfast moment before starting day
We were really impressed by the staff always taking great care essentially Elif and Murat both were amazing 🌹🌹🌹👌
The pool is perfectly clean , warm water , the ottoman decoration was very beautiful
I highly recommend this hotel for it’s several highlights , and would love the come again inshallah
