Won't be going back
Pros:

the little Italian deli and coffee shop next sore called Mimo's was excellent.

Cons:

They put a double bed in a king size room. They say that's a standard thing. If I book king I expect king. Staff were not helpful and stuff just doesn't work. Not a repeat for us.

Not a great stay!

Room was next to fire exit, people banging their feet late and early morning, going up & down the stairs.
Shower did not drain.
Sink plug would not come out.
Pillows were very flat.
Blinds was broken in several places.
On check out, didn't even ask how our stay was, disinterested!

Will stay here again any time we are in London. Great find!

Everything. Location was great. Building had character. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was first rate. Room was small but had everything you needed.

Perfect location, highly recommend and woudl stay again.
Pros:

Location was fabulous. Lovely building very modern inside. Complimentary mini bar wasn’t expected but very nice.

Cons:

Room although perfectly clean however it was very small for a king room.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, Zimmer im Untergeschoss aber nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lobby war nett und die Lage war gut. Man war schnell bei den Underground Stationen. Auch schön waren die kostenlosen Getränke in der minibar.

Cons:

An sich alles ok. Leider haben wir das Zimmer im Untergeschoss bekommen, hier konnte man ab 6 Uhr kaum noch schlafen, da darüber direkt die Lobby war und auch viele Angestellte hier Zeugs nach oben geschafft haben und man nur Getrampel gehört hat. Das war sehr nervig und schade. Das Zimmer ansonsten ok, aber würde ich vllt nicht direkt als 4 Sterne einordnen, scheint für London aber normal zu sein.

Pros:

Really appreciated the warm, helpful welcome from the staff (Hamzah, I think) and help with our luggage from the young lady. We received a room upgrade which was great. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast experience very much.
The staff and food were excellent.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our Italian dinner food experience was not as good as we hoped, but again the staff were fab. The seabass had a slightly unpleasant taste, but we didn't wish to complain as the girls were so kind.

Amazing staff, good breakfast, great location, nice room.
Pros:

Hotel was great the staff were very accomodating organising an early check-in and a complimentary breakfast which was amazing after a 30hr flight. Room was clean with a nice bed and good shower. Location was very convenient a short walk from Paddington station. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing can’t fault the hotel the staff were exceptional.
