Stay was OK, but had a better value in London, in equally convenient locations.
Pros:

Convenient to Paddington station.

Cons:

Over crowded front with a long line for check in, then the room was not ready at 3:00pm as was promised. The front staff swiping my card and then charging 8 times the amount quoted through booking.com when I already paid for the one night stay at the time of booking. The overcharging still not resolved despite numerous communication with the hotel and submitting documents. The hotel located in very busy area near Paddington station, not exactly Hyde Park. Recommend looking for a better deal elsewhere near Paddington, or pay a little more for a true Hyde Park experience.

Great hotel - we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
Pros:

We loved the location of this hotel in Paddington. A short stroll and you were at Hyde Park in one direction and Paddington Station in the other. Great pubs and shops around also. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel all day (as we had a late flight). We also were able to walk to the station and catch the Heathrow Express train direct to the airport when we left.

Cons:

Room could have been a little bit bigger as we struggled to open our suitcases but this is a minor issue.

Pros:

Overall, we had a great stay. The location is excellent and made it very easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable.

Cons:

The only downsides were that the room was extremely small, and the elevator was quite slow, especially during breakfast time, so it often took a while to get up or down.

Quiet spot in a busy area
Pros:

Really well located near Paddington, but in a quiet square away from the real traffic and noise of the area. Much better option than other hotels nearby.
