Great location, great staff and breakfast. Rooms need more attention and maintenance
Pros:

Location is great, hotel is really close to Paddington station and most of the lines. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was truly wonderful — we liked it very much.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t working in our room. It was really cold during our first night. Eventough staff provided us heaters and extra blankets, this was inconvenient.
We also saw a cockroach in the room, which was honestly a bit disappointing.
