Lovely luxurious stay - very special treat
Pros:

Paid for tasting menu and room upgrade

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't included - even continental would gave been nice.
A fridge for cold drinks would have also improved the room.

A lovely relaxing stay not far from home to celebrate our anniversary
Pros:

Room was lovely, ground floor but nice and quiet.
Food at the The WellHouse was lovely, it was our second time returning so enjoyed the uniqueness.
Breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

At The WellHouse - I have to say the service was not great, considering we were celebrating our Anniversary after our starter we had to wait approx 45 mins for our main course, and the restaurant was not full.

Enjoyable, great meal
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Decor was a bit chintzy.
Staff friendly but a bit in your face/earnest and not always on top of their game. Needs an experienced staff member to mentor and guide them

A great stay (well except for breakfast)
Pros:

Everything. It felt authentic, cosy and was clean and fresh.

Cons:

The breakfast was such a disappointment. This ended our stay on a low after a wonderful meal at the well house and the afternoon tea.

Half our table didn’t get their smoothie or breakfast items ordered. Poached eggs were hard. Expected more.
