The room was good. It had a full kitchen and a nice seating area. Throughout the stay the TV showed, "Welcome Ramon," wgich would be nice, but that isn't my name. I also did request housekeeping which did not happen. However, despite those issues, I enjoyed my stay.
First, the hotel did NOT have the Hotels.com reservation and I spent an hour on the phone trying to get a refund so I could book with the front desk. Once we got into the room, we discovered that the room was in serious disrepair and the kitchenette had the doors on the fridge facing the wall so it was difficult to use, AC barely worked, bathroom was old & dilapitated. Then, when getting ready for bed, the lights shorted out and room when pitch black. Called the front desk and attendant was unsympathetic and rude. Moved us to another room and refused to bring us new keys even after I explained we were in our pj's and would have to pack up all our belongings with only a phone light. The front desk attendant, Desiree, told me we could either choose to move or quit complaining because it wasn't her fault and there would be NO discount regardless of the inconvenience of moving everything at 11pm in the dark with a kid. We moved. The new room was better but I will never stay again and never use hotels.com again. What a completely terrible experience!
Stay was perfect up until I got a call for family medical emergency had to check out 1day early and they the property refused a single nite( out of three)refund never again
Beds were B +, air conditioner worked like a B+, and furniture and carpet were so outdated… including the cockroach outside our window!
Service was really good but my only issues were the keys kept demagnatizing and the room smelled of dog urine
Ok
It was a good stay. My family fit perfectly in the room. It was clean and comfortable.
We stayed 3 nights in March. Rooms were clean and big enough. Property is aging so there are issues. Pullout needed covering before sheets went on. Pool was very cold but refreshing. Breakfast was great. Staff were super friendly.
Everything was great except for some trash in one of our rooms.
Had added fees for parking in their lot. This is expected in a downtown area, not out in the suburbs. Also our room smelled of dogs. Breakfast was good and the staff very attentive to cleanliness.
Our stay at TownePlace Suites Phoenix North was a terrifying, deplorable disaster, unsafe, unprofessional, and an insult to basic decency. After unpacking, we found the left bedroom door completely off its bottom hinge, hanging precariously with exposed screws - unsafe! The first door into the bathroom had been partially kicked in. Worse yet, we noticed what looked like knife holes in the bathroom door - chilling evidence of neglect or worse.
What a complete shame!!! Now I have to connect with Expedia for a refund as we didn’t even stay in this room!!
Expedia- I’d recommend removing this hotel as a booking option otherwise I foresee several refund requests from anyone who books here.
Although the front desk staff were friendly, we encountered some not so pleasant people as well. The location is not in the best neighborhood, but I never felt unsafe. Plenty of parking. Rooms were in decent shape, but floors were dirty, bathrooms and cabinets were in need of updating. The entry door was filthy with layers of visible grime on the door. While looking for items at checkout, we peeked around the bed and found a dirty fork that was not ours. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The air conditioning system was outdated and noisy. Overall, it got the job done and accommodated my family but I don’t think we will stay here again.
Came for Spring Training. The room was nice. Plenty of parking. Free breakfast
Place is out dated rig floor smells like mold and is pretty run down
Did not like and for the price you would expect better

I booked a 2 bedroom suite. Upon arrival I was given two rooms. I received no communication about this room shift. It was late. I stayed one night,
This is absurd as a minor cannot be in their own room. I was placed in a small studio and all the water was lukewarm. I shared with management. Refund was honored.
As a frequent hoteler, I found the interior hallway, elevator, and rooms were quite outdated. But if you like 80:s decor this is your jazz,
I was allowed to checkin early (noon) Room was clean and very comfortable. Free breakfast was very good.
Great stay! Very attentive front office. Super helpful and offered services! Just a little dated:) but otherwise great!!! No problems at all!
Extremely welcoming staff. Long road trip and we showed up a day early. The staff member working the desk made it easy to get the room we had for a day early. The suite was perfect for my family. The issues I had were with the property/building and accessibility. The building has random and small upgrades but mostly way outdated. The bathroom exhaust fans were falling apart. AC unit is outdated and it's in Phoenix Arizona. Building is off of a one-way road with a freeway separating you from shopping. Nothing is within safe walking distance. Aside from those little things, the stay was pretty good.
Nice place, able to rest quietly after a long trip from Disneyland!
The ac unit was noisy, the TV in living room didn't work. The hallways smelled terrible and there was no hot water to shower with in the morning.
