We made a reservation around 8PM after discovering that we were stuck in Denver for 24 hours. i picked it because the listing said there was a free airport shuttle. Once we made the booking, I tried calling the front desk to get instructions on where to pick up the shuttle. After about 10 calls, letting it ring for 5-10 minutes per call. Nobody ever answered. Other people waiting for the shuttle had the same experience. Fortunately, the guy finally showed up, but the shuttle was a minivan, nowhere near big enough to handle the number of people waiting for shuttle pick up. We were able to get seats, but it was a brutal wait. When we got to the check in at the front desk, no phones were ringing. Clearly they had turned off the Ringer, probably because there was only 1 person checking everybody in. The manager needs to make sure somebody's available to answer the phone or else they will continue to leave people SOL at the airport.
Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. Other than that. Great location close to airport.
I didn't get my reward points bc of booking through a third party. Live and learn.
Location, size of room and price
Great hotel no complaints
Everything was good, good location
A bigger shuttle
Very friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.
Lobby elevator call button is damaged. I pressed the button and waited for 15 minutes before I realized it didn't properly activate.

Hello, staying one night at the hotel, we came down to the bar to order some food and have a couple of drinks and was happy watching football. Bartender a lil busy with a few people over at the bar, (5 in the group )cashing them out and then talking w co workers. Gave him our order and said to him purposefully
I hate it when you don’t write down an order…
So our order was buffalo wings, and then a soup. Then for our dinner, I wanted the meatball appetizer and he wanted a French dip. So our order comes out of a soup, and then my French dip and meatball thing and no wings. And I said to him please I want our appetizer in our soup first and then our dinner together, he was cool with it but no, that’s not how it came out. And then your manager got involved and said we were picking on him and I really was not, Edie said she’s gonna call the friggin security on us because I complained how our meal was served. If you have cameras in the Restaurant, you should watch how he waited on us and ignored us. And then because we complained about our food your kitchen went very slow on serving us. My husband worked for Hilton so we know what we’re talking about and I’m also in the Restaurant business.
