The Hilton corporation needs to have a back up protocol for when they have a company-wide system outage; letting guests

The location wasn’t terrible

Cons:

The hotel staff had no alternative plan to be able to get guests into their rooms due to a corporate system that went offline for several hours. My kids and I sat in the lobby for 2.5 hours waiting for their system to come back online or for them to find another way to check us into our rooms after a long day of travel. They did not have any solutions outside of just waiting. The staff were nice but as a company in the hospitality industry I expected much better. I won’t be seeking out Hilton lodgings in the future. We ended up having to book at another hotel completely after waiting for almost 3 hours.

Perfect place to relax . I would recommend Hampton inn to anyone who wants to visit the area.
Pros:

Clean, quiet, with space outside to sit. It is near places to buy food. The staff is kind,friendly.and professional.

Cons:

Everything was quite good. The price was a little high and when I asked to extend my time by five hours they wanted to judge me 190 dollars!!

Pros:

Liked the room, clean, quiet, very comfortable. Always enjoy a balcony.

Cons:

I felt the staff on duty was a bit rude. Ignored me a she stood there and wrote on here clipboard. Then walked from one end of the counter to the other end to another room. Never looked at me to maybe say I'll be right with you. Probably stood there 4 to 5 minutes waiting on her.

The only thing I would complain about is that I didn’t search well and found it for half price.
Pros:

At every interaction, your staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. I had an accident and they provided antibiotic cream and a bandage that was large enough to completely cover my wound!

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Lage des Hotels in einem schönen Wohngebiet, gut 5 Meilen vom Zentrum entfernt. Supermarkt in Laufnähe gegenüber. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade auf eine Suite mit extra Raum und Küchenzeile, Eßtisch. Personal ist sehr freundlich Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Parkplatz kostet extra 10 Dollar per Nacht.
