Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks by IHG

The customer service and cleanliness of the property were on point. And in my particular case the EV charging station (Enviorspark).

In overall I had a great time.

Great proximity to parks and pet friendly. Had everything we needed

Beds were comfortable. Room had a musty smell. I called the front desk and asked if we could change rooms. Front desk said they would call me back and never did.

Room was clean and hotel appeared nice. Our room was on the top floor at the very end of the hall, and had a wonderful view of the fireworks as promised. What wasn't so great, was that the sketchy elevators that bounced between stops,

Clean hotel rooms were so spacious. Lots of storage and pool was nice breakfast was delicious every day

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Kissimmee location. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and pizza place for dinner. Room was clean and I slept great. They had a nice bar and pool area. We don't have kids, but if i was a kid I would want to play in their kid area, it looked like a lot of fun. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back.

Expedia might not tell the truth about this property and what it offers. But they are a decent property to stay at

Our family of four stayed in October 5 days for fall break. Hotel needs renovation. The floor we stayed on smelled old and like mildew.our shower drain was backed up causing you to stand in water to your ankles. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the bed skirt on one of the beds had a blood stain on it.Pics online were deceiving. Had to call multiple times for wash cloths. One of the days we had no water starting at about 1pm until after midnight due to a pipe that burst. We were unable to shower, brush, or flush the toilet. The cold AC and free parking were probably the only good things about our stay.

There was a very strong scent and feeling of humidity in the room. The refrigerator was not functioning properly and all of our baby food spoiled. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. They did send someone to fix the sink drain right away which was helpful, as well as to adjust the fridge settings. but the moisture in the room and hallways were evident. luckily we were only staying there for 2 nights, otherwise I would have requested a different room or a refund all together.

The room was clean. The furniture was outdated but it was clean.

Stayed in a magic room, could see Epcot fireworks in the distance. My grandkids were mesmerized. Great place for kids, there’s a play zone and pizza and breakfast buffet. The customer service is stellar. Everyone is friendly and Viviana was exceptional! She went above and beyond both mornings while we had breakfast. Parking is free, WiFi is free, the resort fee is reasonable. Overall a great value for the money.

We couldn’t sleep well. We listened everything from the next rooms.
It’s imposible to sleep or take a rest.

Unfortunately, this property looks different in person than it does in pictures. Staff were friendly and quick to attend our needs, but the Hotel requires a lot of attention and is outdated. For one, the majority of the outlets in our room were not working properly and after being in the parks all day this is unfortunate because all of our electronics needed to be charged. I called front desk and they sent maintenance out quick to fix the issue so this was a plus. That same night we got dinner and put our leftovers in the fridge just for us to wake up the next morning and realize the fridge stopped working over night and our food had gone bad. We had to throw the food out. We also had to wait a while before showering after someone because the shower would flood and wouldn’t drain properly. The carpet smelled of mildew and had stains around the baseboard. The table inside the room that could be used for working or eating was janky and kept wobbling anytime we set anything down on it.

The indoor playground and arcade for the kids was nice!

Overall 4/10.
