Rude people
Pros:

I liked the location of the property.

Cons:

The staff was rude. Called to tell the staff that I would be late getting there and they said it was ok the reservation would be saved. When I got to the property they had me as a no show and charged me an extra day, even though I called to let them know that I would be late.

La mauvaise surprise de devoir payer un parking 40$ par jour alors que l'annonce précisait "Parking Prive"
L'amabilité du personnel laissait également a désirer
Autre mauvaise surprise : la piscine était fermée sans notification préalable

Loved the room
Pros:

The room was very nice and seemed cleaner then most hotels I’ve stayed in. Check in was smooth. Easy to come and go. It was quiet so I got some sleep.

Cons:

The concierge is trying to get you to go to a time share meeting. One of them had already stopped us and took our info but we didn’t have a meeting in our area or something. Now, if you go to one of these meetings, you get discounts on excursions. The other concierge, which was younger also stopped us. And she tried to get me to cancel my boat tour and rebook. But in the fine print it says no refunds. So I would have been down money and sat through a long time share pitch that I know I don’t want. I kept telling her I bought it through Groupon and I can’t be refunded and she begged me to cancel. It was also my anniversary that day and we were late for other plan. It was just a lot.

Great location for exploring New Orleans on foot.
Pros:

Location was excellent for exploring the city on foot. Entrance security was very good, only room cards allowed to enter.
