Pros:

Room was clean at check in, but there was no room cleaning provided during my 4 night stay.

Cons:

1. Breakfast hours should be extended to 10am.
2. The small store next to the checkout was grossly understocked. Out of water, out of snacks, out of other drinks. no incidentals available.
3. Room across the hall (608) had a strange pink towel blocking the bottom of the door, as if trying to stop some smell from escaping the room. It stayed there for two days. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, it took 2 more days before someone removed it.
4. My room was not replenished with toilet paper or tissue paper. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get refills.

The staff wasn’t friendly and we waited in the car so long waiting on a call when a room was ready. other people came and checked in and was directed to their room. The system shut down and we didn’t have a card to get into our room. It was awful. We didn’t have a house keeper clean our room. Asked for wash cloths and towels only got like two.

Overall decent stay for the price
Pros:

Location was perfect, walking distance to French Quarter, Jackson Square, and a quick bus/trolley ride to the Garden District. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Had an issue with our fridge in our room and they replaced it the next day without us having to change rooms. Breakfast was decent and perfect for getting the day started.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not come once during our 5 day trip. Had to constantly ask housekeeping for garbage bags or toilet paper for our room.
