Great location to be out of all the hustle and bustle of Bourbon St.
Pros:

Location was great and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Facility was clean

Cons:

Staff wasn't very helpful and standoffish, cost for daily parking was very expensive; wish that was explained better in booking

Best experience ever!!!
Pros:

The customer service was top tier!!!! From the front desk clerks, to the bar staff to the free breakfast!!! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The staff gave recommendations for the restaurant and tours that were better quality. And they were perfect suggestions. I will be returning in the fall. My friends stayed across the street at International and were so disappointed that they kept coming over to my hotel 😂😂🙌🏾🙌🏾

Convenient, reasonably priced, clean

Cons:

As luck would have it, my room on the 5th floor looked out on the pool patio. Eye level so that anyone on the patio would looking in my room.

I loved the location and the staff!!

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I booked through booking.com and paid for my room in advance, but was charged a hidden "resort" fee!! I feel like that should be mentioned in the booking details! I booked online so it would all be paid just to get to the room and be charged a fee I was unaware of!!

A great stay in New Orleans
Pros:

I managed to book a few nights toward the beginning of Mardi Gras, and felt I got an amazing deal. The staff got me settled in pretty quick. I even received a complimentary margarita at their local bar, which is pretty rare. My room on the 6th floor was incredibly spacious and overlooked the pool which was on a kind of balcony overlooking the street. The location is just two blocks up and over from Canal and Bourbon, but it wasn't really noisy from where I stayed.
