Meh
Pros:

Good location but that's about it. Outside and lobby seemed updated. Upstairs, hallway was dark and my bathroom had mold in the floor tiles. It's one of those shower floors that isn't separated so the entire floor got wet when showering.

Overal dichtbij.Ruime nette kamer.wel wat verouderd.goeie bedden.

Cons:

Personeel niet erg vriendelijk.Ze hadden ons een verkeerde kamer met een kingsizebed gegegeven in plaats van 2x queensize.we zijn met 3 volwassenen.Het inchecken duurde een half uur.en er was niemand anders.Teveel waarborg ingehouden Die we hopelijk na 10 dagen terugzien!Dat was echt een afknapper!Ontbijt zeer beperkt en niet echt lekker en is ook maar tot 9u.

Disappointing but adequate

The hotel was clean

Cons:

Advertised parking was expensive, when I pulled into the parking garage and stopped in front of a self pay stand security was called and two different people came up to ask why I was there in a hostile manner. The photos on the hotel website of the pool were misleading, there is no hot tub and the pool only goes to 4ft, it was also on the 5th floor despite being advertised as a rooftop pool. The elevator was noisy and shook, and the hallways were noisy as well. Hotel staff refused to give us towels and we had to ask 3 different people to get new ones after 3 days of being there.

Great location, comfy bed.. don't get your hopes up for breakfast!
Pros:

Location was great. Easy walk to French Quarter and transport. Airport Express stopped at the end of the road. Staff were super helpful, especially Nivea. Room was very comfy.. though a/c was a bit difficult when trying to change the temperature.

Cons:

Breakfast was really poor. Don't factor this in as good value. Day 1 had yoghurt, muffins, orange juice, bagels, in addition to other items. On consecutive days these were missing. The eggs were awful slimy things, and the same every day.. with anaemic looking sausage patties. No regular teabags, just herbal/fruit. If you like cook-your-own waffles, you'll be happy!! Lots of items run out early or are not available. Basic and poor.

They had to switch rooms for us because the shower faucet wasn't working and it had flooded the bathroom… But they were able to switch rooms and willing to make it right. The breakfast ended early, which we found to be a huge disadvantage. In a city known for its nightlife, One would think that a late breakfast would be more typical.

Happy visit
Pros:

Great location walked everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was ok standard free. Clean, housekeeping responded with extra service requests. Nice would stay again.
