Overall experience was good
The young lady attempting to sale the time share like thing was a little rude after we declined
Very good location, a few steps from the downtown and French quarter area. Parking place right beside the hotel but is VERY EXPNSIVE (45$ a day).tre only good thing is that is in-out whenever you want)
The staff was preatty rude: they treat you as you are bothering them. The beds are too fluffy(or too old). The breakfast too poor. During the day is very difficult to find coffee in the hall and the cold water(especially when is veeeery hot in july) was always empty. In the bathroom there no hanger to hang the towels.

The staff were great always had a good attitude that was the only thing good about this stay.
The first room we got the air conditioner didn’t work or the refrigerator. So they assigned us to another room which was dirty and just not comfortable at all.
Perfect location and friendly staff. The swimming pool is small but perfect to cool down. Very comfy room with everything you need inside.
The fridge in our room was leaking and was not working properly. The breakfast options could be more diversed.
I like you have to use the key card to enter the hotel. The breakfast was okay. The bed was comfortable for sleep. You get a free drink at the bar.
The staff on second shift wasn’t nice. The toilet is too low to sit on. There wasn’t a knob on the lock to lock the door. Ice was only available on 2 floors.

Staff was very very rude to us! Room had a wet smell and stink! Air was blarely working! Staff had attitudes and didn’t want supply us with towels or anything when we asked. They hung up the phone when we called down to ask for item for our rooms. Bed made me itch and the room! I don’t kno what was going on but I didn’t stop itching while out stay!
The hotel is perfectly fine for a short stay. We didn’t find the staff particularly helpful.
Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sauber, Frühstück war mega. Lage war auch toll. Fürs parken haben wir 50$ in der parkgarage bezahlt (für 24h)
