I had a wonder 4 day stay at the Element in North Chelmsford Ma. Stephanie the front desk associate was very knowledgeable and pleasant during my check in. I met the Assistant General Manager Kerry on several occasions during my stay and she was very attentive as to how my stay was and why I was in the area. The room was very clean with the convenience of a full kitchen and filtered water in the kitchen faucet. The staff were extremely helpful and will definitely stay at this property the next time I am in the area.

Check-in was easy. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional.
I booked through a third- party agency (my mistake). i wish I could have been provided a receipt when I checked out. I needed one for my expense report.
The hotel is clean and modern, beautiful decor. I liked the design of the room and bed placement where you couldn't see the door. Kitchenette was nice. Staff was accommodating with my request for a quiet room.
Loved the gluten free mini muffins and egg cups!! THANK YOU!
ROOM- The room was too hot!! The temperature was set to 75° and would not go lower than 73, even though I set the air to 67. Also, the air continued to cut off during the night. The pillows were way too soft with no structure. And the shower pressure was too low.
BREAKFAST - Very limited hot food options on the "buffet". Was told they only have made to order cheese omelettes on the weekends... No meat. Hash browns were dried out and overcooked. Only offered pork sausage.. no turkey sausage or bacon. My son was disappointed.
I cannot say enough good things about my many stays & experiences at the Element North Chelmsford. My son is a varsity athlete at UMass-Lowell and we travel there often. If you are looking for a place that feels like home while traveling, this is it!
The Staff: From the moment I checked in, the service was top-tier. A huge shoutout to Iris who is exceptional & has helped repeatedly! The rest of the front desk team & staff are always very accommodating, friendly, and make my wife and I feel welcome. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.
The Rooms: The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious! I loved having a full kitchen, complete with a stove top, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, which is perfect for longer stays. The "Westin Heavenly Bed" was incredibly comfortable.
The Amenities & Breakfast: The complimentary hot breakfast is hands-down one of the best I’ve had at any hotel—it includes a fantastic, made-to-order omelet station, amazing muffins, healthy options, and excellent coffee. The gym is well-equipped & spacious.
Location & Vibe: It's conveniently located right off Route 3, making it easy to get to local businesses, while still feeling quiet and peaceful.
If you are visiting the Lowell/Chelmsford area, make this your go-to spot. I am writing this on my way there right now!

Location, friendly staff, clean rooms.
Nothing.
We arrived after 3pm. There was a snow storm the night before. The parking lot was not plowed out. I said something to the person that checked us in. He told me to flag down the person that was snow blowing outside. Found a parking space at the end of the hotel. If that wasn't bad enough, the plow finally came to clear the lot at 10 pm.
The rooms were comfortable, the staff were overall great, and the location is nicely tucked away from the busy street.
Pool wasn't available for use, but it didn't affect us much.
No pool as pictured and I asked about after making reservations never told it’s closed permanently also restaurant and bar closed in hotel
