Pros:

The elevator was broken when we arrived and they had given our room to another customer due to a last name similarity. This resulted me and my 8 yo daughter having to haul our bags up 4 flights of stairs. The halls smelt like weed and the beds/pillows were uncomfortable. Will more than likely not stay here again.

Pros:

Everything was good with the exception of the breakfast. Breakfast needs a protein lift. All carbs with the exception of milk, creamer and yogurt.

Maybe not the hotel if you are there to hike
Pros:

The staff was really nice. The hotel was clean, and everything in my room worked. The bed was super uncomfortable is my big complaint, and I was glad I was only staying one night.

The room was clean the bed was comfy. Nice walk in shower in the bathroom. They had a continental breakfast. All in all a very nice hotel for the money. I would stay there again.

Clean room, friendly staff. The parking was very easy. Overall, a good experience. The breakfast options were limited, but expected, and the pool was locked, which was a shame, but overall, it was clean, comfortable, and nice.

Pros:

This is an older motel but the room we stayed in had been refurbished. It was clean, the shower was walk-in, so easy for older people - no tub to try to get across.
The room seemed clean, the area was quite. Within walking distance of the casino.

Pros:

Staff was great and very accommodating! Beds were comfortable and pillows nice.
Floor in bathroom needs the grout cleaned. Rugs need cleaning. People standing around front door smoking and it smelled of smoke inside. People inside the entrance playing loud rap music. Wouldn’t stay there without my husband.

Pros:

Might be my new favorite place to stay when playing poker at Cherokee. You can literally walk across the street from Harrah’s, which means you can h e a few drinks and not have to worry about driving. And the people that work here are pretty chill (so far).
