The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located. Overall, the stay itself was good.
Check-out was at 11:00 AM, but at around 10:20 AM, while I was taking my belongings to the car, my room key card was already deactivated. I was unable to get back into my room even though I still had about 40 minutes before check-out. This was very inconvenient and disappointing.
Staff was pleasant and easy to work with.
This hotel was ok as a one night stop along the way home. We did not check out the pool or laundry area. So have no comment on that. The room was clean enough but the floor sounded like it was not glued down properly (vinyl) and popped/crackled when we walked around. The computer chair was ripped and stained. The beds were very hard. The microwave was old and dirty. The fridge worked well. The front desk agent at night was ok but not friendly. Breakfast was limited. Two cereals, some yogurt, bread for toast that was stale, one waffle maker, sausage, and scrambled eggs. They had tiny Dixie cups for juice and water and to go coffee cups. No fruit. Would not stay again.
Very conveniently located. Nice large rooms with large bathrooms. Very comfortable beds.
