Disappointing , but the beds are comfortable.
Pros:

Exterior and lobby looked nice. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Our first room was dirty, bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped. Bathtub was dirty and had a visible ring around the side of the tub, Bedding had visible stains on them. We also had to call for assistance and the tv did not work. Our second room had a broken a/c unit, which resulted in having to move our family members who stayed in the room to another room on a separate floor. Additionally, we reserved a handicapped friendly room, which it was not. The bathroom did not have enough space to navigate into the bathroom.
The complimentary breakfast was not good. Items in the hot tray were cold. The maple syrup was not usable and there were no sugar free syrup or jams available. It was not a decent meal.

Always a great stay!
Pros:

This is my hotel of choice when I am visiting Winston-Salem! My room is always nice, breakfast is good and the location is perfect for me.

OUR STAY WAS ADEQUATE. THE PROPERTY IS CLEAN AND CONVENIENT. THE MATTRESS AND PILLOWS WERE WOEFUL.

Good location

Cons:

Room was dirty and when brought to their attention they seemed as if it bothered them to have someone clean it. And then it doesn’t get cleaned after bringing it to their attention twice. No discount offered, but they have a sign about missing items and how much they would cost extra.
