It was what we wanted for a couple of nights
Pros:

For a budget hotel we were pleased with it. Good value for money. Good free breakfast. Enough to start your day off in the right direction

Cons:

Had quite a bit of dialogue with the hotel regarding changing my room to an upper room and had written confirmation it had been actioned. When I checked in it hadn’t been done

It was good room with a great bed but the ants were a bit of a turn off.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the bed was extremely comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent.

Cons:

Small ant problem in the room. Staff member was sent up to spray and wipe things down but we still saw some ants after.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind groß und es ist sehr sauber. Ein Fitness Bereich gibt es zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Kaffee und Tee stehen 24std zur kostenlosen Verfügung.

Stayed here due to proximity of airport and a.m. flight.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, Ruby Tuesday in close proximity.

Cons:

The streets near the property were not very walkable, specifically for taking the train from Philadelphia center to the area of this property.

I kept missing my flight and decided to stay at the airport.
Pros:

I slept here because it was close to the airport. The rooms were clean, parking was easy. Elevators are fast.. which is important if you are late for the airport. Wake up calls were SOO IMPORTANT. and they made sure I was.

Cool stay in Philly
Pros:

Great location. Close to the airport. Bathroom was clean. Tv had streaming capabilities

One staff member who worked the night of 8/29/2026 around 9pm was pretty rude and was wearing a bonnet while in a crop top sweatsuit. After payment was processed, with room key in handheld it out as if she were going to pass it to me and as I reached out to grab it, instead of placing it into my hand, she just drops it onto the table like a cashier at a bodega for me to pick up and says "Your room number is on the back of the card", as if I was somehow annoying her. I've had this on my mind since last night, and the interaction really threw my whole experience off. I can't believe someone could be so rude. She is a poor representation of "The City of Brotherly Love", she lacked professionalism and could for sure use customer service training.10 out of 10 would NOT recommend this location to friends, family, or constituents in the future.
