HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The room reeked of smoke while the hotel advertised it as a non-smoke room. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations. I couldn't stay at the hotel so I had to book another hotel. I tried calling and emailing the owner to make an exception to refund me my money. Owner never called or emailed me back. Customer service was horrible. If I could give this hotel a zero star I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not a great value, maybe the rooms facing the courtyard were better, I dont know

Cons:

Door lock kept failing, keys had to be reissued twice. Carpet was extremely dirty. My room faced the parking lot and it did not appear safe

Uneasy, disrespected and very unsatisfied

I liked that they served breakfast thats about it.

Cons:

The owner was very rude it looked like a truck stop people walking around outside like lot lizards. Was very uncomfortable with that going on. I just wouldnt recommend it off of the photos or half the reviews seem like lies.i went off reviews n was very disappointed. Again the owner was at the front desk and was extremely rude yelled at me threw the key back in the drawer because i told him i already paid through booking app. He had no patience at all and therewasnt no one waiting to get helped behind me. And had no choice but to stay I was from out of town.

The property foundation is in disrepair. The electrical outlets are a fire hazard.

Pros:

Very nice staff. Breakfast was good. Very private and quiet

Cons:

The Walk in shower. Could not control the water. Beds were ok not real comfortable. Towel rack in the bathroom was on the floor when we arrived.

When I arrived the night manager was extremely helpful and very professional

Cons:

I did not have heat in my room for 24 hours and the day shift manager said he would give me a discount but he lied and was not very professional at times

Basic finish, looks tired can do with an uplift. Breakfast was basic, limited selection but good.
Disappointed with no late check-out option (even against a fee) or basic luggage room - needed this for a couple of hours.

Dont stay at this dirty hotel !
Pros:

Do not stay at this hotel !! My room was disgusting and smelled like stale cigarettes. There was stains all over the furniture. The bathroom had dead bugs on the ceiling. Multiple electrical outlets were dusty and loose on the wall. Stay away from this place. Choice hotels should be ashamed to have this dump on their roster.
