We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. This time bathroom smelled like sewage.
Did my 34 hour reset that was much needed and this hotel gave me the comfort I needed
A nice place--clean, with a kitchen in the room for cooking. The breakfast was fine.
The gym was a little basic--only free weights and a few aerobic machines.
I changed my reservation at what I understood to be the last day to do so (cutting down from 4 to 2 nights, got a confirmation of the change on Booking, and was surprised to discover that I had been charged for the full 4 nights. They were less than clear about why this happened (was it them or Booking; claimed that they actually went beyond what they needed to to allow the change--although I don't think this was correct) and they weren't clear about when they would refund the extra charges.
In the end, they claimed that I would only receive a refund post check-out--which seemed a bit odd. I did get it a few days afterwards.

I had a great experience at this hotel in June. Matthius at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. Hotel service gets a big thumbs up from me.
Great room. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Great breakfast.
The lobby was bright and spacious, the staff was very friendly. Gym was small but functional and laundry convenient for baseball families.
The room was tidy and neat but there were some spots in bathroom that could have been cleaner. The room had a slight musty smell.
Location is good and Breakfast was adequate.
