The room was very big and had a nice kitchen and large desk.
There was no breakfast, and the front desk closed during the night.

Habíamos pedido hacer el ingreso antes (dado que llegábamos a las 9hs y el check in es a las 16hs). Nunca nos respondieron y cuando fuimos no nos dejaron ingresar hasta las 15hs. Si nos guardaron las maletas.

It is all about location for this hotel. Can't go wrong if you are attending an event in the locality. Basic but clean, comfortable, helpful staff and a free trolley (bus) service to the Texas Live area.
We only booked to be close to the stadium
Staff were rude, man on the reception desk called Terry won’t let guests buy a bottle of water basically because he can’t be bothered opening the fridge with the key. Appalling

Everything felt worn down and aging -- lots of my room was taking apart

No limpian todos los días . Creó una vez a la semana . Nos limpiaron al tercer día por una cucaracha . El personal a las 22.00 creo no queda nadie . En un hotel así debería tener gente permanente .
