Location
That they moved us room to something we didn’t book
The dining room was under construction, but the tape blocked all common areas and door to outdoor space. no alternate walkway made available
Location and cleanliness
water pressure was very low
The inside of room was nice and clean. Libby was closed for remodeling so the breakfast option of grab and go was convenient
The laundry room did not have a handle to open the door. Wires were just sticking out. Front desk did not have any quarters and the app used on the machines could not be used because there were offline.
The hallways smelled so horrible. Like shrimp or similar
I love this physical location. Right by the freeway but tucked away from noise. But this location has been renovating for 3+ years. And I am literally in a room now with the door lock being changed. The phrase “hand me a hammer” is not one you want to hear when you have paid to stay at a hotel.
They have posted a finish notice of July. I’m sure they’re not mentioning any of this to current booking guests because it’s possible our stays are also funding the renovations. But I’m sure they press is on, since Marriott will be taking over.
Ready yourselves
good location for us, nice room updates
None. I moved out and didn’t stay
Every thing
Muy cómodo, bien ubicado, la atención fue muy amable, todas las instalaciones son cómodas y el área es muy linda
En las 3 noches que estuvimos hospedados ningún día fueron a realizar el aseo, además el área de desayuno no estaba habilitado
It was under construction and no pool or gym. And the front desk has no clue what room they put us in and while we were in bed having an intimate moment a make employee just opened our door without knocking and came in asking if anyone was in there. He came in, saw us, and left with no apology. I didn't even stay the second night I was so scared to stay there. Not good. When we told the front desk about it they basically said they had no clue we were in there.
Location rooms were comfortable
They were going thru renovations, so some amenities weren't available. Not much of a problem though
The Room Was Nice And Clean..
Everytime We Walked Down The Hallway The Dogs Barked, I Didn't Know The Hotel Was Pet Friendly ...I Am Also A Disabled Lady. I Believe Ppl With Disabilities Should Always Be On The First Floor Not 5th Floor, In Case Of An Emergency...
Location ideal as we were visiting friends nearby. Layout of King suite perfect for us, mother & teen daughter. Liked the toiletries
I didn't know it was under construction! 😂 All exterior doors propped fully open all night (to air out paint smell?) security concern. Countless details missing/rough/unfinished due to the ongoing renovation
The room was big and comfortable
No real breakfast I paid for breakfast
Location
It was a MESS & the on going construction was extremely inconvenient. You should just close down until u can provide complete service.
Location was good. Beds were comfortable.
No hot water for two days. Under remodeling no hot breakfast a pathetic sack lunch. Laundry out of order , fitness center out of order. No drinking water anywhere, no coffee in the lobby ( all hotels have coffee in the lobby and access to drinking water. Pathetic, cheap coffee maker in room worst i have ever seen. Felt like a stay at a low grade hotel not a La Quinta and its now a Wyndham . Marriott has enough money to close make repairs, upgrades
