Pros:

El desayuno igual que en otros, lo necesario en particular me gustó claro es un desayuno americano.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos el baño muy sucio la taza alguien la habia usadi y no le bajaron al agua y la bañera con moho, la tv no servia.

No Shuttle, No Warning, No Refunds
Pros:

At checkin, desk clerk admitted advertised airport shuttle had been non-operational for 6 weeks. Opened case number with Expedia seeking refund of (at least) the guest-absorbed cost of early morning Uber to airport. So far, no answer to multiple case worker calls to hotel manager. Recommendation: Book at next door competitors (several to choose from).

Pros:

Es un lugar bonito y tranquilo para ir con la familia.

Cons:

Hice una reserva para cinco personas, nos dieron una habitación para cuatro personas y no me lo resolvieron.
Después la calefacción se dañó, lo dejaron todo el día malo! Cuando llegamos en la noche aún no lo había arreglado!
Al final lo resolvieron cambiandonos de habitación y más cómoda. Gracias al de mantenimiento que lo pidió en recepción. Pero por el resto todo bien.

Pros:

Morning staff was friendly and helpful.
Good breakfast and great location.

Cons:

Afternoon staff seemed not interested.
Our door would not open and after 2 runs down to the reception, he moved us to a new room next to the street which was very loud.
Pillows were hard and bumpy.

It was an average room.

Cons:

When I asked the clerk at check-in if I could have a late check-out time the next day, he said I could not, because "the hotel was so slow."

I was confused and asked him to repeat it, because maybe I had heard him wrong. He said the same thing: no late check-out available because "the hotel was so slow."

I told him that didn't make any sense. Late check-out is a common hotel courtesy unless the hotel is booked up the next day. If the hotel is slow, no one needing the room, then late check-out is no problem for the hotel. He repeated the policy.

I asked for the manager. He said there was none on duty until the next day. I asked for the manager's email. He wrote down and gave me the address. I emailed and it came back as undeliverable. I sent a message via booking.com. The property ignored my message, never replied to it.

The next morning, I wanted to use the treadmill in the fitness center. Both were broken.

The management of his hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

Cons:

No shuttle available but advertised. Large area of pooling water around back of room by AC. Smelled heavily of mold. Old hotel that is not maintained. 2 am fire alarm issue. Poor customer service in lobby. Not as advertised

Cons:

Roaches on floor. Shower would not turn on & was rusted on tile. Fire alarm went off at 1:30 & fire department showed up to turn it off. Lost an hour of sleep.

Cons:

The hotel has a lot of potential, the pool was green, un swimable, the 1 working elevator made us feel like we were in the bad scene of a horror film. I suppose that's why the price was reasonable. Mystery meat, and powdered eggs. Ac seemed like it wasn't working in the hall ways or elevator mentioned above.
