Pros:

La dimensione della camera, con due letti queen, era
perfetta. Materassi comodi, tv grande, divano e tavolino
nella zona soggiorno. Bagno ampio con doccia comoda.
Personale alla reception e in sala gentile.

Cons:

La colazione è piuttosto scarsa. Premetto di non sopportare l’abitudine americana allo spreco di carta e plastica, qui essendo un hotel della catena Hyatt mi aspettavo un po’ di attenzione in più e invece stoviglie di carta e posate di plastica per colazione. Qualità abbastanza scarsa delle pietanze, caffè solo americano. Il Parcheggio all’aperto a 15 dollari a notte e’ caro e la posizione accanto alla strada che conduce al George Washington street non permette un sonno ristoratore perché il traffico è terribile giorno e notte.

Cons:

Our second night got disturb by the room next door that kept screaming and partying. We tried to contact the lobby but the phone didn't work so my husband had to go down at 3 in the morning and they took action right away.

Nice hotel good price but a bit far out from central ny
Pros:

Clean comfy beds big room Quiet at the back of the hotel
Food in the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit limited finished at 9am everyday
The location wasn’t great you needed a uber to get anywhere as you can’t even walk to a shop as it’s on a highway
It’s busy on the George Washington bridge and can cost up to 90 dollars to get home from manhattan

Cons:

The breakfast was not heavy, but a bit disappointing. They assigned me a connected room without even asking. It was my first time staying in a connected room, and it was so loud. The guests in the next room checked in close to 11 PM and were inconsiderate and noisy. The hotel must have known that connected rooms lack soundproofing, and they should have asked me first.
