Pros:

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Our stay was terrible. Only good thing was the front of house manager LaTonya helping us figure this out. upon arriving only 1 of our 4 room were available for check in at 4pm. Then we experienced a series of events that caused many individuals to move rooms. These included, the balcony door being off the building, the AC being broken, and the smell of marijuana coming through the vents. Overall was not satisfied, we will never come back. Shoutout to LaTonya though, go work at a different hotel girl because you do not deserve this hell hole.

Not a good place to stay
Pros:

Hotel rooms are completely outdated and are in need of attention. You’re paying a premium price for a hotel that has let itself go. Staff at the time were a mix between caring and careless but altogether they were not helpful. Breakfast was the only thing, along with a clean lobby, that this hotel is good for.

South Airport Dump
Pros:

An absolute dump. The hotel is falling apart, the rooms have broken sockets and broken fans, not even a blowdryer in the room. Kids running up and down the hallway at 11 PM. Kids unattended in the hallways. We have an early flight and this dump was the worst possible place to try and stay. I don't care how close it is to the airport.

Pros:

There is always something wrong at this property. The property is nice but the franchise owner doesn't care about the property, the brand, the staff or the guests. So sad. The air conditioning is broken in a lot of rooms. The TV was not working Fir me and maintenance is nowhere to be found. Everytime you go by the French nt desk guests are complaining about some issue. This is a nice property that the current franchisee is ruining. So sad for the gurlests and the brand.

Keep on driving!!
Pros:

Awful!! The only positive I can say is the omelets were delicious. The room smelt damp and moldy. You certainly wouldn’t take your socks off on that carpet! The balcony door was closed with a nail, we had no water during the day, we woke up to a burnt out car in the parking lot, the AC didn’t work. Just awful.

The Worst Ever
Pros:

To begin with it was bad from the first moment I walked in the doors. We picked this particular hotel because of it's location, not because it is close to the airport but because we were celebrating my granddaughter's 10th birthday and we were taking her to Boulder Adventure Park on Monday. I got there a little early and the front desk informed me that they were not allowing anyone to check in before 4, so I unloaded my car and decided to wait in the lobby so that when our rooms were ready I could go up and decorate the room for her surprise.
1) I had to go to the bathroom and the front desk girl told me the bathrooms were all the way in the back past the elevators. I went and to my surprise they were disgusting. Poop filled every toilet and smelled bad. I went back to the front and to them such and asked if there was another and she said there is one right across the front desk behind the bar. I said "and you sent me to the back?" she had nothing to say. I went in there and it was the same. I went back to the front and told them and asked if they were having plumbing issues and they said they had earlier. So I asked if I could get into my room to go to the bathroom and they said it was not ready yet. He said if I wanted to go into a room that I would have to change the one I picked ahead of time. I did not because my daughter and granddaughter were next door, so I waited. Then I witnessed them let 3 other people come in and go straight to their rooms. Finally I was allowed in my room after I brought that to their attention. Once I got in the room I was so disappointed. I had been traveling for 2 weeks before this last weekend and every hotel we stayed had excellent service and clean with updated rooms and I paid way less than here and didn't have to pay extra to self park!!!! The only reason I paid the price is cause I wanted to be there for my granddaughter. And the only reason we did not leave is cause it was too late to get in anywhere else that might have had an indoor pool for the girls.
2) The "happy hour" was just blah, bottom shelf drinks, popcorn, chips and salsa with chex mix.
3) When my son-in-law got there to check in his room was not ready at 4 so he had to wait. We couldn't start on decorating the room for when my granddaughter got there for the surprise until after 4 so we had to rush to get if done.
4) There room was disgusting also. Pull out couch was plastic with springs very little padding. For both rooms we had to call down for towels, extra blankets, I couldn't even call from the room cause both phones in my room did not work I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk.
First impression is the front desk and that was bad from the jump. I knew from the time I walked in that they were talking to another customer that was having trouble with his card and making me feel uncomfortable they way they were talking to him it was not a good look.
There is just so much more it would be a book. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will be warning all my friends and family to never stay here. So said that one hotel in a chain leaves such a bad taste for them all.

Pros:

I rarely ever leave reviews, good or bad, but feel compelled to share some of our issues with our recent stay. As soon as we checked in we noticed the room was hot. Upon trying to turn the air down it became apparent that it wasn’t working. I called the front desk and they said the “heat had been turned on and the AC would not come on”. They offered to bring up fans to help. We got several box fans which helped circulate the hot air but at least it helped a little. We were not able to open the balcony door as it was bolted shut with screw at the base. Next issue was breakfast… we frequently choose embassy for their breakfast buffet… well, they didn’t have a buffet…. Instead everyone had to line up and be waited on one by one… the lines stayed long both mornings that we were there. The wife had to eat her oatmeal out of a cup and there were no bowls available. To top it off, on the second morning, after standing in the long line I got my food and went to set down and eat…. Only to find a long hair under the eggs and sausage. I am a loyal Hilton Gold member and I usually can overlook things but this was bad. I will say one positive thing… the front desk associates were courteous and tried to help where they could.

Not worth the price until they renovate
Pros:

I travel about 80% of the time for work, and this is one of the few hotels I’ve actually left mid‑trip because it was so rundown. The faucet fell off in my hand while I was getting ready to shower, the headboards were torn, and the overall condition of the room felt neglected. When I went to the front desk to explain why I was checking out early, all I got was a quick apology. They mentioned renovations, but I didn’t see a single sign of work happening anywhere.

Not worth the price at all until they truly renovate

It’s gone downhill. Stay elsewhere
Pros:

Service and Maintenance have gone down hill fast. I’ve stayed here 40+ nights in the past, but won’t be back. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone, the desk is frequently unstaffed. The pool was GREEN and it took them 4 days to close and address it. The water was shut off and entire day, and there was no communication or remedy from the staff. Very disappointed, I used to like this place.

Worst hotel experience ever!!!!!
Pros:

Awful place! Do not stay here! Ceiling above shower was leaking. Rooms unclean. We had to pay for an Uber due to the phones being down and we couldn't get in touch with the shuttle. Our brake lights got jacked in the parking lot. They lied about no cameras Ang took no responsibility for it. Lied about trying to call us. Define an inside job. We will NEVER stay here again!

No AC, Hot Water, Entering a Room without Knocking and Throwing Away Personal Items
Pros:

I stayed at the embassy suites with my husband and 2 kids. The first night there 3 men who worked for the hotel walked into our room without knocking to fix the AC. I called down to confirm that they worked for the hotel but nothing was said or done. That same night the room was boiling hot and unbearable to sleep in. The next day they had us move rooms. After looking at 5 other rooms they found one with a working AC. The bed frames were torn up and peeling and the hot water did not work.

My 2 year old left a toy and I left my face wash in the original room and after asking 3 times they told me it was all thrown away. We realized later that we left our freezer bag in fridge and they told me I would need to submit it to a third party website. I have not heard anything back and at this point I’m assuming someone took it or threw it away.

I have never had such a terrible experience at a hotel. Throwing away items after 24 hours when a guest was still at the hotel is ridiculous. We will never be staying there again.

Disappointing Stay Due to Maintenance and Poor Service Recovery great location and nice lobby
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing and highlighted a significant gap between the attractive lobby and the actual guest experience in the rooms. While the breakfast was good and the location in Arlington is excellent, the numerous issues we encountered mean we cannot recommend this hotel in its current state.

From the start, we faced operational problems: our initial room keys did not work, requiring an immediate return to the front desk and another wait in line. Once in the room, we discovered only two towels for five guests. The room phone was also broken, forcing another trip downstairs to request basic amenities.

The main issue arose when we tried to set up the fold-out sofa for our fifth guest, only to find it was broken. After yet another trip to the front desk, we were told maintenance would address it, but nobody ever arrived. This left one of our guests sleeping uncomfortably on sofa cushions for the night.

The condition of the room itself needs major updates:
The bathroom door was warped and difficult to close.
The air conditioning unit took an excessively long time to cool the room.
We observed exposed wires in the hallway, which felt unsafe.

The most frustrating part was the management’s response. When a manager texted me that evening asking about our stay, I outlined all these issues. The only reply I received was "I sorry," with no follow-up action, resolution, or genuine apology offered during our stay.

When the rooms and service recovery are this poor, a nice lobby doesn't compensate for a very unpleasant experience. This hotel needs significant work on its room maintenance and customer service training.
Please help these employees out and get the rooms updated and enough maintenance team members to help with all the requests.

The worst
Pros:

I cannot believe how we’ve been treated at this hotel. For the first three days, guests were openly bringing in outside food and even alcohol with no issues at all. We watched people bring in Little Caesars pizza boxes and Whataburger and eat it right in the lobby with no problem.

Because of this, we asked and were told that we were also allowed to bring in food and drinks. But the moment our food actually arrived, they suddenly changed the rule and told us it wasn’t allowed and that everything had to be taken to our room — no eating in the lobby.

The inconsistency and unfair treatment are unbelievable. If this is a policy, it should be enforced from the start and applied to everyone equally. Changing the rules on the fourth day, after others have been allowed to do the same thing, is unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

Pros:

We paid extra for a balcony and it was the worst balcony ever. Views over the roofs filled with air con vents etc and a really big loud unit making so much noise you could not be out.
The water pressure from the shower and washbasin was very poor, but excellent to the kitchen area sink. Twice we were told they would look at this problem.
The room was a good size, staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice.

Came for a fun trip, when it was raining. Pool monopolized by a family having a party, hot tub broke.
