The "sofa bed" is just a regular small, stiff sofa. Disappointing for our guest staying on it for the night.

It was great!
Pros:

The staff was outstanding. There was a problem with the AC in the room they assigned me and they were prompt and efficient in dealing with it. I was impressed with all the staff I met.
