Pros:

Convenient to the “Little City” of Falls Church. Not expensive.

Cons:

Not clean or well maintained. There was a cigarette butt on the carpet when we arrived, and Doritos in the sofa bed. We booked this in part for the sofa bed, but the man at the reception said no bedding is offered for the sofa beds.

Awesome Place
Pros:

The room was very clean with kitchenette, which was a plus, microwave and Fridge.
The security is top notch using access code every entrance including elevator vestibule.
I will definitely book again. Close to several activities including State Theater. We went to Legwarmer's concert.

Cons:

They could use some nice smelling room spray to keep room fresh.
Clean but smell like has not been occupied for sometimes.
