Pros:

The rates were good. Staff was friendly and let us know where everything was located. The kitchenette came in handy saving money on food.

Cons:

Guest food trash left in hallway for over 24 hrs.

Pros:

Literally one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Lobby is old and dated. Suite shouldn't be called a suite. Windows don't open, one had a cracked pane. The couch is equal to sitting on the ground. Heat/AC did not work in bedroom, toilet ran all night, Coffee pot made brown water, the coffee bags are laughable. The tiny bedroom has a TV that takes up the whole space. Literally no where to put a suitcase. Overall, would not come back.

Good hotel with a full kitchen.
Pros:

Hotel is in a good location with a full kitchen.
The only reason I cannot give a 5 is because our room is closed to the entrance and we kept hearing the door banging when people went in or out.

We will gladly stay here again.
Pros:

The ability to cook and store food. Helped us make our won breakfast. Plentiful parking.

Cons:

Conference room availability. A couple of times we were told not to use it. Lights inside the closet would be good. Laundry facilities in each building would be nice.

Overall, very good accommodations in a good location and a good value.
Cons:

Billing was confusing. Although I knew an additional charge of $100 was levied as an incidental charge for each room, It did not show up as a separate charge. Each room was billed at the room rate plus $100. Then each room was billed at the room rate only. So for a few days it appeared that I was billed twice for each room. Eventually, the first higher billing appears to have been removed (a few days). But I will still have to check my credit card transactions for a few days to make sure all is as it should be.

I love that the 2 bedroom suite is just that. So many hotel in the area charging for a 2 bedroom suite but it's just a room with 2 beds.i loved the full kitchen
