Great location and easy access by rail to airport as station a few minutes walk away and only $3.
Pros:

A sitting area as well as a bedroom was a pleasant surprise

Cons:

There is a large air conditioner system which appeared to be at ground level with the large fan constantly working which can be heard.

A delightful stay in a traditional hotel in a great location
Pros:

Hotel location is great, accessible to many Seattle attractions and easily accessed by the Link Light Rail.
The public space and rooms are well maintained and the beds are comfortable.
We liked the security of using the room card to use the elevator.
The staff was very accommodating, despite being overworked.

Cons:

The bathrooms are too small and the toilets are too low.
The front desk is understaffed!

That Breakfast was not included, a pillow choice was not offered, and utensils, bottle opener etc not in room nor a menu for room service.

落ち着いた佇まいで疲れを癒せる
Pros:

とにかく立地が素晴らしい。ライトレール、モノレール、バスなど多くの公共交通機関がホテル周辺(WEST LAKE CENTER)にあるので、観光する際にとても便利だった。2026年時点で開業99年目の老舗ホテルだが、お部屋を含め館内全体が綺麗に保たれており、ヨーロッパを思わせる趣きが素敵だった。

飲料やスナックは、徒歩5分程の場所にあるスーパー「H Mart」で調達可能。(閉店時刻は21:30頃)

Cons:

大きな影響は無かったが、2点気になった。①部屋の照明器具が一括でON/OFF出来ずやや面倒
②備え付けのシャンプー・コンディショナーの反応が悪かった

The staff and location were unbeatable.
Pros:

The exceptional staff and the central location of the hotel were the reasons this mini vacation worked so well. We loved the firm mattress too. About a block from the airport light rail and also a block away from car rentals were added value. We just rented a car for a day and saved a ton on tour trip costs.

Cons:

As an older/classic hotel it’s easy to nit pick little things. Grout in the tile needed a touchup…small things like that.
