Wonderful stay
Pros:

Wonderful stay at the Mayflower during our Seattle visit ( 3 nights) ! Great ambience and you are immediately immersed into a part of Seattle history! Very clean and comfortable rooms. We had two bathrooms attached to our double queen room. With two teenagers this was fantastic! Two free small waters each day, welcome drink for 4 at the Oliver’s Lounge and daily housekeeping added a nice touch! Walking access to all the sights - Pike’s place, ferries, shopping, monorail, space needle etc.. made it a great stay and visit! Above all great customer service .. from the porter, valet, front desk, lounge everyone was genuinely helpful.. Also, do grab the book - Seattle's Mayflower Park Hotel from the front desk . I enjoyed reading it and looking at all the pics and getting to know the history (published 2014).

Seattle Oasis
Pros:

I chose the Mayflower Park Hotel due to it being in a central location in town: walkable to the space needle, pike market, and really close to transportation to places like tmobile park and seatac airport.
The atmosphere was elegant, and the room were spacious and well kept. It felt like great value for what it cost.
Our room was an upgraded spa king room, thanks to the staff acknowledging the note I left on the reservation indicating that it was our honeymoon. The room was clean, as was the whole hotel. Being on the 3rd floor, the noise level was low but the walls felt a little thin since I heard my next door neighbors shuffling around a little.
The amenities in the room were great. Plenty of towels, some water was offered, and the robes were warm.
Service was great. The front desk was pleasant to talk to and the bellhop was very helpful and knowledgable about the location. The welcome drink vouchers were a plus and encouraged us to try the Oliver lounge, which is a pleasant retreat from the busy city scape. Service there was excellent and the food and drink was delicious.

Birthday trip to Seattle 🎂
Pros:

On arrival at ‘The Mayflower park Hotel’ reception team and door men really hospitable and welcoming.. Bubbles from the hotel for husband’s birthday!
Allocated room 910.. 2x double beds, a his and hers bathroom- seemed lovely…. Went for an explore of the local area and headed back to the hotel to rest… Woke following morning, enjoyed breakfast at Oliver’s bar- staff friendly and welcoming.. returned to room to plan our first day and tidied bed, only to notice a huge yellow stain on bed (duvet- top sheet- base sheet and mattress- not noticed due to the jet lag the evening before- GASP!!- see photos) Promptly informed reception who facilitated a room change to 1010- and apologised profusely for the incident… On arrival we cautiously checked the beds automatically, although the both beds had stained sheets also!! Not good!!! 🤢
We automatically took luggage down to reception and informed them, again apologetic- not wanting to miss the day we instructed a room change and would be happy to pay additional fee to upgrade current room type, we went about our sight seeing! On return expecting a favourable outcome- the Mayflower team were quite dismissive! Informing us that the room had been deep cleaned and fully changed- following a brief conversation with my husband decided this was not good enough… we decided to book an alternative hotel… Following a lot of back and forth Booking.com got involved to sort the payment back as hotel attempted to charge for 2 nights (plus taxes) which cost over £270… Not good!!! Finally after a lot of communication with the Booking.com team we finally received compensation and returned costs…
Poor show!! Such a shame as a lovely hotel but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired!!!!! Would not recommend!!!! 😡😠😡

Pros:

地點跟安全性,最重要的是前台跟後勤人員的熱情服務的態度。

Cons:

wifi一直無法連接,已跟前台反映,仍然沒有辦法改善。

Decent Stay
Pros:

Decent older hotel. Few extra amenities available in hotel, no market or gift shop, one restaurant. Same day laundry service supposed to be available until 9am. Arrived at front desk at 9 and not available since service came early?? Staff ok, but not particularly helpful.

It was a great experience
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Very clean! Beds were comfortable! It was a cute old school vibe but still kept up. Location was perfect for all the things downtown and it was super close to Pike place.
