Staff are great, good location, would give 6 Stars if I could
Hotel was beautiful, room was very clean. Dinner & breakfast were good, but pricy. Staff was very gracious, friendly & always helpful. Definitely enjoyed our stay.
Great place to stay downtown Seattle walkable to water front and just around the corner from Monorail and light rail access
Great room and location. Great service from the desk.
Great staff and location. Clean comfortable rooms. Easy transportation to the cruise port.
Public areas are beautiful. absolutely stunning.
Bar/restaurant is very good. Best meal of our trip. Well executed dishes, quality ingredients. Friendly service.
Room was gorgeous, well appointed.
Valet was friendly and did his best to help us our entire trip even though he was very busy. Five stars for him.
Location outstanding for major attractions. 5-7 minute walk to Pike Place Market and the monorail is right there. Lots of great cafes nearby.
Front desk clerks were competent but I would not characterize them as friendly. We interacted with both present on our arrival.
Only coffee mate creamer for the in-room coffee? Suggest the addition of shelf stable half and half.
Loved the Mayflower Hotel. Lovely room and interiors, very nice and attentive staff, great, that's great location. Very close to Westlake light rail station, which we used to go to and from a baseball game at T-Mobile Park and within walking distance of Pike Market and waterfront. Highly recommend!
Great hotel. Well maintained, clean. Good location.
The location and service of the staff was terrific. Especially the bartender Jon.
A charming hotel nearing it's 100th anniversary but we'll maintained and in its original style.

The hotel is perfectly situated for all major attractions. It is close to the transit service and the monorail. There is a short walk to the waterfront, however for anybody requiring accessibility there are a number of challenges.
The view from the room was an iffice block one side and air con units on rooftops the other side.
It’s ok…it feels a little worn in places, I get it’s a ‘historic’ place n all…but some of the room and bathroom would have benefitted from some attention. Seattle isn’t a particularly cheap town…and I don’t think it’s necessarily bad value, I just feel with a little effort it could be so much better. Only having one serviceable lift was tedious…I get things break, sometimes you have to wait for parts…that nobody wants it to be broken, but it was tedious for a few days. On the plus side it is close to the monorail which was kinda handy
La atención, la comodidad del lugar, la limpieza
Todo me gustó
ロケーションが最高。歴史のあるホテルで、非日常を味わえた。
エレベーターがすぐにこない。
Hotel is beautifully restored. Suites are clean, comfortable with nice views. Staff is very responsive. Oliver’s has tasty food
Let's do this review in chronological order. Valet was absent when we arrived, and not very interested, keen, helpful or energetic when he did arrive. Receptionist, a Bosnian young man whose name I can't remember, was extremely nice and helpful. Location for the hotel is great, close to everything worth visiting in town. Room was on the smaller side of things but everything worked well and was clean. The fitness room, well, you can't really call that a fitness room, tiny, tried the treadmill and it malfunctions constantly. We were on the 8th floor and had no noise from the streets. Overall a pleasant stay, would return.
