Stay good -deposit return a joke, caused lots of problems, will not recommend to work colleagues
Pros:

A good run of the mill place to stay, with the normal facilities. Breakfast was okay, room clean, internet not a problem, location was acceptable.

Cons:

They took a large deposit on credit card, and then did not refund promptly - this caused work based administration issues. They were then un responsive to questions on the subject - totally and utterly unacceptable for a professional hotel.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. The location to the airport was excellent and the price was as well.

Cons:

I was disappointed that you have to pay for parking though. That should be free or rolled into the price.

Will definitely come back if given the chance. Please fix the flag issue.
Pros:

Close to family. Plenty of warm water for a bath. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms were safe. Gym was amazing, according to my son. Staff was cordial and attentive. Couch was comfy, desk and fridge were spacious and clean.

Cons:

TV did not work, had a cable missing. The American flag outside is in tatters. I had never seen a flag in such prominent location and in such bad shape.

Pros:

I requested an invoice so I could include it in my accounting, but the hotel refused to issue this one, claiming that I had to request it from Booking since they were the ones who received the payment. I’ve never had such an experience before, so this place is best avoided for that reason.

Great location - even GREATER customer service!
Pros:

This property is located close to several food options, Paine Field (Everett), and the ferry terminal and old town Mukilteo. There are great parks and hiking trails nearby (Big Gulch Trail System). The rooms are set up for working (nice desk and chair). There is a nice pool and the property has a “resort” feel to it. The greatest part is the awesome customer service provided by Frenchie at the front desk. Knows us by name and even tucks some cookies aside for our 0200 checkin. Great smile and awesome attitude. Makie also does a great job! Keep up the good job team!!!
