Great central locations, good value for money, would stay again.
Slightly dated and well worn but still does what you need.
Immaculately clean bedding and towels..traditional rooms but comfortable ..mattress comfortable. Ebsuite a definate plus..and centrally situated for trains/buses shops and pubs eating places..staff polite and helpful and private carpark a bonus

Large bedroom and bathroom. Room spacious. Breakfast was good.
Ridiculous travel distance to the bedroom, along corridors, upstairs and downstairs- crazy route - easy to get lost! Furthest from reception. Water wasn’t cold from the taps so unable to have cold drink (unless walked all the way back to the breakfast room).
Staff was friendly, good location and good price.
Parking situation not very clear and difficult to find hotel car park ended up using public parking at higher cost.
The receptionist was lovely, the room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable.
Bathroom wasn't very clean, there were coffee stains on the mugs and spoons so we didn't use them. Hotel states there may be 'some noise' from the surrounding bars/pubs. However we stayed on a Saturday night and the noise of the music from the two Wetherspoons, clubs and bars on the street couldn't even be blocked out with earplugs. The windows definitely need to be triple glazed as they did absolutely nothing to block out the noise that kept going until 4am.

Enjoyed breakfast very much. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly. Hotel in good location on main street near all the bars and eating places.
Only problem with hotel was it was very noisy due to age of hotel and doors not fitted with soft closing doors.

Also like to thank the staff because I left a charger in the room and they helped return it via post.

The hotel is in a good location but that is the only positive thing it has going
The room was dirty, getting to and from the room was like going through a maze every time we went in or out. There was loud music playing from next door till 4 in the morning and after that there was people screaming and shouting in the street till well after 5. The ear plugs on the bed is never a good sign

The lift was working and all was well so nice time but if you are on the front at the minute not good as thay are digging up the road
