Pros:

Very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and hot.

Cons:

On our second day our smoke detector started chirping. We notified the desk and by the time we returned it was still not fixed. They did not have another room to move us to. Long story short, they said we could leave that night but they would not refund us.

Actually everything. It was a good ambience, the elevator was close to the front desk. I even used the laundry room and it was near the elevator. My room was clean no complaints. The TV was nice and big, and I love this swivel feature or you can adjust it to view the TV while sitting on the couch and adjust it also when watching it in bed thank you for that., very intelligent design. I even used the refrigerator that was very handy. I also use the iron and the ironing board. The soap smelled very good, and so did the shampoo. I'd like the finishing touch on the toilet paper with the little seal stamp on top. A finishing touch that I will remember and tell my friends that it's very cool. If I stayed longer I would have enjoyed the pool and maybe the hot tub. I was there on business and it worked out great the location was close to everything I needed. Tesla charging station was like a minute away for my Tesla. Using the luggage cart was very handy, and the key always worked perfectly. I felt safe with all the cameras in and outside of the hotel.

Cons:

I really enjoyed my stay there were so many positives I don't know if there were any negatives at all.

Overpriced for an below average experience
Cons:

Breakfast could have been a little less basic, better options. Room was tiny. $150 hold for staying one night is extreme when most places charge only $50 per night and better quality. It wasn't a bad experience but it sure could have been better. We stay in Phoenix often, this will not be one of the places we return too.
